Christmas Message for Students

Christmas is one of the most blessed times of the year. The world slows
its pace, families come together in a warm embrace and the spirit of
giving is in the air. It’s so different from the hectic pace the world usually
gallops at throughout the rest of the year. We, Christians believe that
Jesus is the reason, not only for the season, but for all of the blessings
we’ve experienced.

The world is filled with different types of people and each one has a
unique relationship with God. So, while some of you might have a much
more formal approach to prayer, others may have a much more informal
approach. Regardless of your style of praying, God knows your heart.
God knows you through and through. God knows all that happens to you
externally and internally. God can understand all your problems because
He came down to this earth taking the form of a human being. We can
approach God with this simple confidence like a child.

So, students, during this Christmas, I know you are missing all the
celebrations, decorations, carols, sharing gifts, fun and laughter. As you
are at home most of the time and you get extra time, spend extra time in
prayer and develop a closer relationship with God. This will surely give a
new meaning to your life and to all that happens around you.

So I, wish you dear students, Happy Christmas and happy New Year
2021 ….. full of blessings and joys. May you see all promises being
fulfilled in your life.

Kindly convey my wishes to your family members too.

Christmas Prayer for Teachers

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you today humbly to thank you, thank you for your blessings and
keeping your promises. We thank you not only for the wonderful times, but also
for helping us through the hard times. We thank you for your grace, your mercy
and the undeserved favour you have shown us throughout this year.

Thank you for the joy of the Christmas season. Thank you for this special time to
be together. We celebrate the love and compassion that was born that first
Christmas day. And thank you for all the blessings you give us.

Today as we celebrate our blessings, I also want to thank you for these wonderful
persons that I have the pleasure to work beside. We have an awesome team, and I
thank you, Lord, for each one.

Lord, we pray for continued blessings in the year to come. We pray for healing
where healing is needed, comfort where comfort is needed and peace where peace
is needed. We ask that this Christmas bring new vigour and vitality that is lost due
to the hard time we faced during most of the part of this year and celebrate Your
birth more than we celebrates our own accomplishments, because we know that no
accomplishments are possible without your blessing.

It is not by our own power, but by your mercy and grace that we are here today
praying before this extended family that we love so much. It is with grateful hearts
that we pray …. may your kingdom reign forever.  Amen.
