Note:-
1. Material is required on “AS & WHEN REQUIRED” basis.

2. Manufacturer’s laboratory test certificates giving analysis of all the parameters should
accompany each tanker. Supplier has to clearly mention in quotation that he will submit the
test certificate with each tanker during execution of supply.

3. Supplier has to supply the material in tanker with minimum capacity of 12 MT. The tanker
should have valid permit to transport the indented material. The driver of the tanker should
have valid licenses and his assistant should have valid ID proof in original.

4. HSD should be supplied in tankers with spark arresters, without which tankers will not be
accepted.

5. The contract is valid for the period of ONE year or execution of total quantity whichever is
earlier.
