by executives to improve business operations will make the proposed project successful in

the future.

In this feasibility proposal, management applies the systematic process of running

the company through proper division of labor. All employees know their tasks and

responsibilities, which are specified in their job description. Therefore, the proposed

25
4.0. MARKETING FEASIBILITY

This proposed company has been involved in marketing proven products online and

providing the high-quality services that it provided to its valued consumers. The products

offered are already being sold nationwide, especially in Cagayan, and still exist on the world

market. The facts and figures presented in this study are therefore very practical and

authentic.

Laundry detergents and household cleaners that are used by consumers on a daily

basis are adequately recognized by most of the market demands. People prefer the online

market for branded and trusted products. They choose the most helpful products on offer

based on their properties and their impact on the environment and their healthy hygiene.

Within the region, there is fierce competition for market share between the existing

popular soap offerings, which will result in meager profits in soap sales. An effective

marketing strategy will help the company ensure its stability vis-à-vis its competitors by

meeting consumer expectations for the products on offer.

city in the future. The continuous quality products and services offered to the market will

surely bring their popularity to the city and be recognized by all places in Cagayan Province.

27

Soap and detergent are products that are very useful for all people in their daily life.

The demand for these products depends on the properties or the trusted brand that is offered

to consumers. The business owner determines the best product to offer and how to improve

packaging and delivery to attract buyers.

Soap bars with attractive colors and scents as well as supposedly antibacterial

content are becoming increasingly popular with end consumers. On the other hand, dish-

washing and laundry detergent liquids containing ingredients such as calamansi have greater

and prevent the spread of infection, which is a major driver of market growth.

4.3. Estimation Of Present Demand

The forecast demand was derived from the result of a pre-marketing survey carried

out by the applicant. The survey is based on the weekly product consumption of buyers of

various products offered by the proposed company in the market store and through online

sales that are most likely to be purchased by the target Solana consumers.

4.4. Projection Of Future Demand

Table 5. Projected Population

YEAR POPULATION

2023 13,622

2024 14,031

2025 14,452

2026 14,886

As shown in Tables 3 and 5, proponents targeted 60 to 70% of Solana residents,

13,225 out of 19,012 households that are likely to buy the products on offer. The projected

29
the JMRC Sabon Station Shop should target the sale of products based on the forecast

demand or demonstrate its feasibility in the market.

4.5. SUPPLY ANALYSIS

There is tremendous potential for a soap product that has proper management with

the control to monitor inventory availability to handle all possible orders from consumers.

4.6 Marketing Strategies and Practices

Here are JMRC Sabon Station Shop's best local marketing strategies that will raise

awareness, get more leads, and attract and retain Solana customers through offline or online

market sales:

30
1. Registered Website

– the online shoppers can access the website www.jmrcsabonstationshop.com to search for

items or products that they wish to order or purchase. It can be browsed around the clock on

the internet and checks orders and responds to inquiries based on the business hours given.

All features of the company and its offered products are published online, including its

prices, which are fixed or negotiable.

2. Make Local Business Contacts

Working with other companies in complementary but uncompetitive industries is a

great local marketing strategy to expand your network. Join the Chamber of Commerce or

another local business association to socialize and network with your colleagues. Other

small businesses in your city may need your product or service. As your reseller, offer them

the best package deals for the future operation of your business. Make them feel like they

are your sororities helping you promote your products in the local market.

3. Tarpaulin

This will be posted in front of the store and as a business profile for online market. The cost

of the tarpaulin is P600.00.

31
4. Use Targeting Tools for Online Marketing
Tell the story of your company or your personal story as a founder. Telling a story

creates human interest and makes your brand name memorable. Telling your story will help

prospects relate to your business and make them more likely to buy from you. An interesting

story about how blogging started your business, very good features of how the business

came about.

Social media platforms such as Facebook offer many options for addressing

customers locally. You can use social media advertising features to drive posts and set

parameters to target customers within a certain number of miles. You can also use

Facebook's create location function. When creating a new post, click Check In and fill in

information including its location. You can also post location stickers on your Instagram

Stories and location hashtags on Instagram posts.

Google Ads can also be targeted to your local market. Start a Google Ads campaign

that will show ads in search engines and on content sites across the web.

5. Create a Loyalty Program

Customers love to feel valued! A loyalty card is an example of granting special

discounts on all purchases made. A customer who buys packages receives a discount and

earned points are credited to them through issued loyalty cards. When the store opens, this is

free of charge for the first 6,600 customers or 50% of those interested in the Solana area

who use the advantage card. Finally, this loyalty card is given to the customer against

payment of P100.00 for his use. All points collected on the card are redeemed and can be

used to pay for your purchases. The company offers 1 point for every P300.00 item

purchased.

32
6. Customer Service Feedback Form – That way, buyers can share their comments on how

the business is improved and appreciate their appreciation for their valued support. The

feedback form is given to consumers when the products they have ordered are delivered.

The shop will review all feedback and respond immediately to changes that improve the

company's service quality.
