    How to Build & Install

    1 Measure 2 Mark 3 Cut


    Measure the height & width of Mark Aluminum frames to Cut marked pieces with
    the window opening where the height (H-1 1/2”) & width hacksaw. If your frame
    frame will be installed. (W-1 1/2”) Each corner exceeds 3 feet in height, cut
    adds 3/4”. an additional (W-1 1/2”) for
    use as a cross brace.

    4 Assemble 5 Install Hardware 6 Roll Screen & Trim


    Insert corners into frames using Place pull tabs as desired and Roll Screen into spline groove
    the screen frame fastener verti- install any other additional with .160 spline. Spline will
    cal pieces first, then attach each hardware such as a plunger hold in hardware. Trim excess
    vertical piece to the horizontals. bolt or loop and latch. screen with Utility knife or
    blade from Rollerknife.
