(2) Drain the water from the fuel tank Ref. MP ATR-

(3) Remove the wing removable panels - ribs 0 to 13 Ref. MP ATR-
A-57-14-10-00ZZZ-520Z-A.
(4) Remove the outer box removable panel Ref. MP ATR-
A-57-24-10-01ZZZ-520Z-A.
(5) Remove the fuel electric pump Ref. MP ATR-
A-28-21-70-00ZZZ-520Z-A.

4. Procedure

A. Cleaning of the Fuel Tanks
(1) Use Cotton Rag,BRUSH - SOFT and VACUUM CLEANER and
remove all the particles along the bottom panel surface of the feeder
tanks, especially along the stringers and the ribs.
(2) Mix one part of 11009A (Non-ionic detergent) to 16 part of water.

(3) In the main fuel tanks, close the feeder tank jet pumps with 08032
(Adhesive tape high temperature).
(4) Use a BRUSH - SOFT to clean the dirty areas with the mixture.
(5) Fully clean:
- the fuel pump canister inlet screen
- the jet pump of feeder tank and engine feed
- the water drain
- the vapor relief valve and thermal relief valve
- the pressure switch
- the temperature probe.

(6) Flush with clean water to remove the detergent and debris.
(7) Drain and dry the excess water.
(8) Mix one part of 11006 (Methyl Alcohol) with one part of water.

NOTE: The cleaning agent must not exceed 50% of the solution.

(9) Apply the mixture to the dirty areas and let the product set for 15
minutes.

NOTE: The set time can increase up to 2 hours.

(10) Flush with clean water to remove the mixture.

(11) Drain off the water and dry all the traces of water.
(12) By means hot air blower, dry tanks inner side, lines and equipment.
(13) With a VACUUM CLEANER remove all the debris from the inside of
the tanks.
(14) Remove the adhesive tape of the feeder tank jet pumps and clean
carefully.

(2) Install the wing removable panels - ribs 0 to 13 Ref. MP ATR-
