Seats if remain vacant after counseling for re-entrance examination for International
Category to be held on 3rd September 2017, will be offered to the international candidates
during the 4th special counseling and if seats still remain vacant in International category
those seats will be transferred to the Nepalese candidates in the same counseling.
Note:
Nepali candidates who are not able to produce proof to meet the eligibility criteria of one year work
experience in institutions recognized by BPKIHS after temporary/permanent registration with NMC for MD/MS
in Clinical Science subjects are hence eligible only for counseling in MD/MS Basic Medical Science and GP & EM
subjects.

Candidates unable to attend the first, second and third counseling are also eligible to attend the fourth special
counseling.
- Candidates must be physically present at the time of counseling in the counseling hall on time with
all their original certificates/documents for verification.
- Candidate who gives written confirmation of a subject for admission must deposit his/her
required original certificates at the time of counseling.
NOTE:
1. Nepali candidates should compulsorily produce work experience letter as required at the time
of counseling.
2. Candidates who have studied MBBS/BDS under government scholarship (including HSTFS of
BPKIHS and other government affiliated institutes) must produce No Objection Letter from the
Ministry of Health to be eligible for counseling.
3. Strict adherence to time will be followed during counseling and candidates should report on
time for counseling.
4. Candidates are advised to check the institute's website entrance.bpkihs.edu at regular
intervals for updates regarding counseling.
5. There will be no more counseling for seats remaining vacant after the 4th special counseling on
14th September 2017.
6. The candidates, who have already taken seats in the first, second, third and fourth counseling,
but wish to change the subject, are also permitted to appear in the 4th special counseling.
