APPLICATION
AsteionTM/VP is a whole-body computed tomography (CT)
scanner that combines advanced acquisition with simple
operation. A unique and intuitive operation mode, Guided
Mode, is available.
The combination of high-end CT technology with ease of
operation and various applications for dose reduction
ensures exceptional image quality at low dose in all exami-
nations.
A high-performance CPU, 19-inch LCD color monitor,
hybrid keyboard, and advanced GUI are employed to
ensure an efficient operating environment.

FEATURES
High image quality
• High density resolution due to the use of a solid-state
detector.
• High temporal resolution due to a fast scan speed of
0.75 s/rotation*1.
• High CT number accuracy due to the use of 2-path BHC.
• Artifact-free images of the skull base due to the use of Compact and space-saving system
