RULES-5 (IV) OF PAKISTAN WAPDA EMPLOYEES E&D RULES, 1978.

Reference: Your good office letter No: 4570/Enq-11561 dated 17.08.20.

R/Sir,
Most respectfully, I submit my Defense Reply as under, while forcefully but

humbly denying the allegations alleged in letter referred above:

1. Distribution losses has increased by 0.9 % (66.1%) from the previous due to

lifting of load shedding for COVID -19 in march 2020 , as a result the

losses of march 2020 increased unexpectedly ,which also disturbed

the quarter concerned , but Recovery of the quarter concerned has

been increased

2. Progressive recovery increased from 72.41% to 80.10% in quarter concerned

i.e. 7.65% progressively increased but not up to the NEPRA as it is hard to

achieve in such a chronic areas.

3. AT &C has been decreased by 1.79% from the previous as, it has been

decreased from 74.66 to 72.9 progressively as per progress report.

4. Numerous of disciplinary cases initiated against the poor performer and also

motivated official time to time.

5. Beside this, I have reported 60 number of FIR reports , in which 12 number

has been registered against the energy stealers . the detail list attached with the

report.
 6. HHU and MMR Accuracy has been increased from zero to 56.29 % and snap

capturing percentage has been increased up to 92.20 %.

In the light of above, it is quite evident that there is no negligence on my part and I

respectfully pray that the Letter of Explanation issued to me, may very kindly be

withdrawn and I may please be exonerated.
