Sources of Information: Mr. Michael L. Manjares

Teacher, Bato National High School

Mrs. Janeth B. Serafico

Teacher, Bato National High School

Based from my Virtual interview with sir Michael Manjares and Ma’am Janeth Serafico of Bato
National High School, I found out that based from his experiences and observation as well in the field of
education, all the given types of curriculum are present in a classroom setting. There is no type of
curriculum which is not present but there are certain consideration when it comes to the hidden
curricula where the teacher itself craft their own styles and strategies being implemented which
depends to the needs and demands of the students.

To interview someone with regards to something they are related to is not that easy but I
believed that through this culture of inquiry, it will definitely benefit me to at least have prior knowledge
about the things that I might encounter in the future as I continue to enter in the field of education
which is definitely my chosen career. So I must say that in my overall look during my interview, It was
successfully done and I have learned something but of course I still have to continue searching for
further explanation with regards to the topic for I know that advancements and changes are
continuously happening as the time passes by.

the giving of exams, quizzes, portfolios, and other types of
assessments being done in a classroom to test how far the students

knowledge in which students applied what they have learned even
