Medical Sales Prediction

Many existing systems which is used by the medical store is manual. As all
the employees manually work to complete each and every process. This not
only makes the task time consuming but also makes the employee slow down
to do any productive work. The recording of data in registers and storing them
in file, binders make them prone to errors and mistakes which will give rise to
major problems on sales. This type of manual system has very less security.
This pharma sales forecasting system project is used mainly for medical stores
to maintain the details of medical store such as stock and account. This sales
forecasting system will keep all the details of medicines purchased, stocks and
sold stocks. We can maintain sold stocks details on the basis of respective
companies and on the basis, stocks purchased by the respective customer. This
sales forecasting system can be used for generating bills for every selling and
generate reports for stock, sold stocks, and customer details. In this
pharmaceutical sales forecasting system, we can also predict the sales on the
basis of past sales data, industry-wide comparisons, and economic trends. In
this system there is single module namely, Admin. Admin can login using
credentials. Where Admin can manage products by adding medicine or
deleting the existing expired medicine. Here admin can generate bill for
customers on purchasing the medicine. Admin can also get the sales prediction
report.
 Modules:

The system comprises of 3 major modules with their sub-modules as follows:

1. Admin:

 Login: Admin can login in his personal account using id and

password.
 Manage products: Admin can add a new medicine and delete the
expired medicine.
 Bill Generation: Admin can generate bills of purchase medicine.
 Sales Prediction: Admin can view the sales prediction.
Project Lifecycle:

Description
The waterfall Model is a linear sequential flow. In which progress is seen as
flowing steadily downwards (like a waterfall) through the phases of software
implementation. This means that any phase in the development process begins
only if the previous phase is complete. The waterfall approach does not define the
process to go back to the previous phase to handle changes in requirement. The
waterfall approach is the earliest approach that was used for software
development.

 Advantages

 This system provides an easy way for the casher to determine

whether the customer is a valid member so that he can provide them
with discount.
  A data collection system is used to create needed forecasting and
strategic planning reports. 

 Limitation
 Problems with any computerized system is the potential for a system
crash.

 This system can be used by the multiple peoples to get the
counselling sessions online.
