Haiqal: Hey I heard you have got a position as a full-time worker

Neyan : Yeah I am employed tomorrow as a file manager at the Cooway company

Haiqal: Congratulations on the promotion

Neyan : Thanks! how about you? I’ve seen you deliver the parcel for DHL company

Haiqal: Yeah I’m working part-time, I want to save some pocket money before going to university.

Neyan: That’s great news to hear. Is it as hard as a full-time job as mine? Are there any differences?

Haiqal: It’s not really difficult for me because I’m satisfied with the salary, because I got paid based
on working hours, and sometimes it takes long hours to get at least 30 ringgit per day. Full-time
employment is usually considered between 30-40 hours a week, while part-time employment is
usually less than 30 hours a week. If you're in school and need to be available for classes during
the day, a part-time job might be a better choice for you. ... By contrast, if you want a higher
salary or better benefits, and if you can dedicate most of your daytime hours during the week to a
job, then full-time might be your best bet.

Neyan: Wow I’m impressed you still holding on

Haiqal: Yeah, what can I say? How about you? Do you have any difficulties working at the company?

Neyan: Sometimes it requires computer skills to manage numerous files of the company, I can say
it’s pretty hard, but you know, success never sleeps.

Haiqal: Well yeah, no pain no gain, but I wonder if there are similarities?

Neyan: Yes there are, I’ve read this article before and it said, you will learn how to manage
your money, you will learn how to work as part of a team or on your own, as
well as how to use your initiative and develop yourself, If you’re shy and
introverted, a job can help you come out of your shell and aid in growing
your confidence, you will gain independence and learn how to manage your
time wisely.

Haiqal: Yeah I think so, well I’ve got a call of duty, maybe we can chat later,
bye.

Neyan: Bye
