Tell me about yourself

Hi, my name is Paolo D. Nachor, i am a fresh graduate of Bachelor of science major in mathematics,
batch 2020 at BISCAST. This is my first job interview,I am looking forward to enter the bpo industry So i
decided to apply in this company as a call center agent to support my mother who is a solo parent

i am fully aware that this isnt a school to teach me that because you run businesses here I am am ready
accept full responsability as your future agent in order to achieve the goals of the company by providing
services.

I am independent and hardworking, I was a full scholar when i was in college and was able to finish my
college with the determination of helping my mother who is a house maid,laudry woman, and
sometimes a dishwasher. I am very proud of myself that i did graduate though we are not a wealthy
family.

I am a fastlearner and easy to adapt in different situation like when i was in college l, we have study . I
was an academic sholar so i have to maintain grades and also members of various organization of our
scholl such the dost scholars guild,naga city scholar,future mentors guild. So ilike working in a group.

I am always facinated with computers, i know how to manipulate programs with requires 3 or more
application that has to run such as in pohotoshop editing and making 3d model in blender and ive learn
all of that by just watching youtube tutorials.So i have multi tasking skills and knows how to navigate
programs.

How will you apply your college degree as a call center

As an education graduate, i have the social skills to deal with different kind of personalities specially that
we also keep on speaking in front, we are also trained to perform positive reinforcement all the time, we
are approachable and love to teach or give instructions to help others. We have experience in coping
persons have egos terror, im am not afraid of getting negative response such as shouting.

What do you know about call centers work?

Though i dont have any experience, i know that we are going to receive a lot of calls about their
concerns and be able to solve their problems in a short time because their time is prescious.

Why did you chose quantrics ?

I choose quantrics because this company accepts applicants who are fresh garduates that very
welcomming for me.

But aside from that, i was very interested with the companies legacy, i have heard that quantries are
serving one of the oldest and leading canadian telecom company which is providing IT developments
such as web development, interenet,mobile applications and shared services supports.
And also, i have a classmate which is already a trainee here so he tried to push me to apply, he said that
the working environment was very good the employees are friendly, and the job was a bit challenging
well i love challenges.

Why do you choose to enter the bpo industry.

Because of our situation, review centers are close, i dont have my diploma and tor, the let exam has
been cancelled,tutorial centers accept only few applicants because of the decrease in number
customers. Well they are looking for teachers who has the ability to teach online. And honestly i cant do
that beacause we dont have internet connection. I think i dont have a chance to be hired in private
schools because they need me to pass my tor.

What do you know about business?

When i was in high school,i belong to the students who are taking TLe subject with speciallization in
Entrepreneurship. I enjoyed and learned alot during that times such as making business plans, and also
we have the opportunity to make our own products and sell it.What i know about business is that your
profit must exceeds your expenses or else your bussiness will went bancrupt.

What is your greatest weakness?

I am also hesistant to share my own ideas during a group meetting beacase i always have doubts that my
ideas are dumb.

Sometimes when i get iver excited i do mistakes.

I have anxiety when i am talking in front of many people using a mike such as hosting for an event or a
large meeting.

What is your strenghts?

I am a good follower, i love to work with people to achieve great success. I can also be a good leader
beacause i like to teach someone and really like to share what i can do.

My ability to work under pressure with good results

What is your edge among the applicants?

You know very competitive, i have my own standards that is to be the best that i can. I am extremely
focuse towards a certain goal. I am an achiever.

Why should we hire you?

I am very qualified, i want to be a part of your companys great success. Your organization is need a
competent employee like me and i also like to work here so its a win win situation. I know i can
contribute and serve quantics with my full loyalty.

Why should we not hire you?

If you are not looking for a very qualified,competent,and loyal employee then you must not hire me

Can you work under pressure?

Yes i can, you know when i was in college, our major subjects are very tough for me specialls those
subjects in higher maths, our teacher are very strict and dont spoon feed us so we have to self study and
the fact that i have to maintain grades will pressure to me. But i overcome all of that.

How to deal with irate costumers?

First, i will listen to him and let him finish what is saying, then i will apoogize by saying sorry. I will also
show empathy to him by saying that oh if i am also in that situation, then i will also be disgusted and the
same way as you, and we will now tryout possible solutions to his problems.

What are your goals?

I want to distinguish myself as one of the recognize too agent in your company

How can you see yourselves 5years from now?

I see myself as a regular employee of quantrics and maybe i see myself as a trainer of new aspirants.

Are you comfortable with night shifts?

Yes because i ve heard that there is an additional income.

Are you comfortable to work with groups?

Yes, team work is very effective way and also you can learn something out o f that

How do you define quality customer services?

That is to successfully resolves clients issues through making good decisions and solutions to their problem at
a short time.

How do tou handle stress?

Handling stress is not new to me because of my experience as a former scholar. What i did to handle stress is
by playing games ang watching movies

What concerns do you have to make the job?

The mainly concerns for me is how can i be able to the best of i can towards the standards of the the
company and satisfy my boss with every day performance.

Im sorry but i cant really have my diploma or TOR since or school registrar was not ready to release
