Why did you quit from oast job?

The main reason is that because our government actually decided to exclude the wfh set up offers of all
bpo here. I am actually more comfortable wfh and it is very difficult for me to work onsite specially that
our schedules are shifting every week. So i dcide to try to apply as virtual assistant.

How to Manage your time?

Since this is a wfh setup, i think this is an advantage for me. To manage time, i always do some checklist
and reminders on my phone of what i am going to do for that specific day.. i am also single and i have
already finished my studies so i dont have any commitment.. right now my plan is find a comfortable job
at home.

We are working in the biggest telecommunication in canada, we offer services to the most populated
state so we are receiveng a high volume of calls wveryday

What we do is to resolve all customers inquiries and issues regarding telephones, internet, and
homephone,,... whether that is an account management, we are also the billing department,support
troubleshooting for tvs,internet and hp,and we also call out department as S2s or stands for serve to
sell.. making sales is a huge parts pf our metrics. We have to sell an average of $2per day. So pitching
and position of products is one of the most improtant skill in our department.

Why reason you love company?

Offers training, you accept applicant without experience, and also they offers compatative salary
because my previous company offers the highest compensation among bpos here in our city

I do like movies, and sport, i do love to compose songs,and play instruments. I like to read and watch sci
fi documentaries.

I am actually artistic, i do painting, drawing,illustrations, i like to sharing ny knowledge and work in a

team because of my program in collage.

I can see my self working i. The company as a tenured virtual assistant or maybe a trainer because i love
to share knowledge maybe i can apply all teaching strategies taht i have studied in my college.. i can see
myself as someone who are financiall stable taht can pay bills and buy anything iwant wihiut worrying

How handle streess ful demanding client

Pressure is not something new to me beacuse during college i become fulltine scholar, and also i have
been in bpo industry for almost a year as i have receive tons af calls every day and a lot of complians.

To handle demanding client, patience is the key and not taking it personally, and learning how to control
my emotions.

By fully understand that we run businesses here we are delaing with money , to make sales .every move
can be crucial, right commuincatio. Is also very important. I am willing to take the resposibility.

I think my weakness is that I am sometimes heistant to share my knowlegde specially i a team. I always
want to be always at the back of someones success. I am kind of introvert sometimes.

Stenghts : my greatest strenghts is that i dont easily gave up with my task.. i always make sure of a high
quality output, and pushing my self to do great things.. and when reward was great i alwys get
