1. How did you about us?/ What did you know about our company?

Some time ago I searched for the best call center in this country, although inter net obviusly, and I
found the best five and yours was on the top, so for me is the best place to work and that was the reason
that I'm here.

I also know that Teleperformance is the world's leading company in Contact Center management and
the objective of this company is to achieve the highest customer satisfaction through an excellent
quality service.

2. Why we should hire you?


I’m quite enthusiastic in work. I think people enjoy spending time with me, I consirer myself a great
listener and I’m quite sure that your costomers won’t be more than happy with my service and the same
time Im’ going to bring a lo of energy to this, so if you hire me you can be sure that i’m goig to try my
very best to help the customers, so in a nutshell, I will never let you down. In adition, I’m a person very
focused on the values and objectives of this company such as Integrity, Respect, Professionalism,
Innovation and Commitment. I'm goal-oriented person who likes to work at a fast pace.

3. What are your weaknesses or strengths?


I’m so perfectionist, I’m quite hard-working and I’m quite patient, Also, I love to working with people,
in fact, I consirer that I am excellent at communicating with other people and very very empathetic.

My weaknesses
My weaknesses are that sometimes I can be very critical of myself and that's why I get frustrated when
things don't go well or as I hope.

4. How would you handle an angry/upset customer? Or a customer yelling at you?


First, I let the customer vent his or her frustration, is very important that the coustumer expresses him o
her annoyance, I let the customer know how much I care about his or her frustration and then I try to
give him or her a solution.

1- I listen carefully and fully understand why he/she is angry.


2- See if i can solve his/her problem myself or ASK FOR HELP.
3- Once solved, ask him/her if i can help him with anything else.
4- Report the incident to a supervisor. EVEN IF SOLVED

5. What’s customer service for you?


In my opinion, customer service is about having active listening and is about put in yourself in the
coustumer’s shoes.

6. Tell me about yourself?


I have several ideas for that question but, What exactly do you want to know about me?

Well as you may already know, my name is Wendy Gil. I’m 21 years, I've been studying English for
about 2 years now. I started back in 2019, in a institute called “lenguage center” of the pedagogical
university. There, I had to do a lot of team building activities; therefore I did learn how to work on a
team and how to deal with some difficulties. As a team we had our ups and downs.
However, we always found our way out. Also, something I developed was my communicative skills
since I had to do lots of English presentations where I had to come up with a negative situation and get
the best out of it, and because of this, I became way more knowledgeable, therefore turning a negative
event into a positive one is no big deal for me today. (incluir voz pasiva)

7. How do you see yourself in five years in this company?


I see myself as a manager, as a superviser in this company or in a better positions, why not?

9. Do you have any call center experience?


No, I don’t yet, but I will have it when you hire me.

10. What was your previous job? And what did you quit it?

Well... My previous job was in a community radio station, there I lasted two years, from the beginning
of 2019 to the end of 2020, and I learned many communication skills and use of tools. I had to leave it
because the workload began to affect my health and every day it was worse and I did not see
compensated for the time and work effort that I had.

One of the reasons why I decided to apply to work in this company was because of the initial salary
offer that I saw on the page, so I think that is a good amount to start and from then on to be able to
grow both professionally and salary.

12. What do you working with another people?


I’m an easy going person, I’m a communicator person, I like to help others and I have never had any
work problems with anyone.

13. Why are you interested in this position?


Well… When I saw the offer on the page I knew that this company had so many opportunities for
young people who are starting in the world of work like me, additionally I am sure that my skills match
what is requested and I know that I am capable of providing solutions that company will benefit so for
that I'm here.
