Good morning sir/madam/employers.

It’s a pleasure to meet you, I am glad to be here

today, and thank you for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself. My full name is
Phan Pham Nhat Dinh, you can call me Dinh. I have completed my college degree in
E-commerce at Van Lang Private University. In college, I did many projects as part of my
curriculum, which helped me learn about programming languages such as C++, Java,
Data Structure, Python, etc. Besides, I also have some experiences from my part-time
jobs as a customer consultant at … and a waiter at … restaurant.
Apart from academics, I’m involved in various curricular and extra-curricular
activities such as sports, cultural activities, etc. Recently, I just engaged in a charity
donation campain as a volunteer. I must admit that this activity gave me a great
opportunity to reach out to the lower social classes and learn to love people more.
In other aspects, I’m proud to tell you that communication skills are my strengths. Not
only because I can speak fluently and have a host of ideas to talk about, but also because
I am an extrovert, and I really enjoy to talk with the others. Additionally, my pivotal skill
is to learn very fast, honestly, I don’t have much practical experiences about this job so
far, but I think I'd be a great fit to this position because I always say 'yes' to new
challenges…On the other hand, time management was my biggest weakness,
sometimes it just feel like that I have to study or work against the clock. But I was trying
to improve this day by day, I also took classes on time management and learning to
organize my days by creating a time schedule. Now, I put together a plan as soon as I get
a new assignment, and I often beat my deadlines.
I sincerely hope that my introduction won’t waste your precious time, and I also think
that if I get approval from your esteemed company, that’d be a good opportunity for both
of us to know each other better.
