Tell me something about yourself

Soo.. I’m 22 years old, I went to Transylvania University and gradueted in Law
School this year and Economic Science last year. Now, I’m attending the Master’s
degree in Banking Financial Management.
Even if I don’t have experience in work field, I like to work with different types of
people and I’m a hard worker, I like to take free walks and I also think that solving
logic problemes it’s quite fun, I like numbers and I try everyday to improve myself.

Strenghts
I believe my strongest trait is my attention to details and to people and also
multitasking.
Weakness
I feel may weakness is that I m emotive sometimes but I always hope that
emotions are constructive
Short term goal
My short term goal is to learn as much as possible and gain real life experience
because as my resume says, I do not have previous experience
Long term goal
I would like to become a valued employee or maybe a director. I know this is
hard, but I m willing to work harder
5 years
I would like to be an expert on my position and to teach other people what I
know.

Something to change about you

I think I have high expectations not just from me, but from people around me. I
work on this aspect and I think I do some progresses

Are you organized?
Well, I think I’m quite organized and I like to organize my work by priority and
deadlines. I do this so I can produce the highest quality work in the amount time I
have

The area I’m disorganized is probably my desktop. I have a lot of icons on it and I
should probably sort them, but I’ve never needed to.
How do you manage your time?
I know I manage my time well because I’m never late on school or when I have
something to do and I respect my deadlines.

Changes

I think I can handle when something it s about to change because I’m flexible
with my work and my abilities and I’m not afraid to learn new difficult things.
How do you take a decision
I think that an important decision can be taken only if you know all the
informations because if you don t know all the details, you can take the wrong
decision. Also I think that a good decision can be made if you have knowledge and
some experience.
How do you work under preasure?
To tell you the truth, I think I work the same if there’s no preasure on me
because I always focus on what I do and try to do the best and organize myself as
I mentioned before.

I think I m more of a risk taker because I think that if I work hard and I m
careful, I can reduce some of the risks. If there is any chance to succed, I will take
the opportunity.

I should be hired because I m reliable and dependable, I m also friendly and I like
to work in team and even if I do not have previous experience I wanna learn and I
will give 100%
