Tell me about yourself

- Im currently a digital marketing student. As a second-year student, I want to try to work as a teaching
assistant because I enjoy helping children to learn and grow. Moreover, I used to struggle when
studying English even though my family let me study English when I was 7 years old. But at that time,
I thought that I didn't like to study a new language because it was not my mother language. Then
when I grew up, I realized English is very important to my job helping me widen my career
opportunities. So that is why I want to be a teaching assistant to help children like me before can
understand the vitals of English
Why do you want to work here?

● I would like to work here because I feel this center is a supportive learning environment that
through lots of posts on Facebook. Moreover, this company is not far away from my place, it
just took around 20 minutes to get here so I can save money for transport. I am very excited
to join your team to improve many teaching experiences

What are your greatest strengths ?

One of my greatest strength that is adaptability. i'm able to quickly learn new things and adjust to
different situation which i believed that it is essential in educate environment where many unique
challenging can present everyday. Moreover, i'm a organize person. Everything i do basing on the
schedule so i can finish the deadline on time.
What are your greatest weakness ?
While I strive for perfection, I sometimes find it challenging to delegate tasks because I want to ensure
they're done to my standards. However, I've been working on trusting others more and recognizing
that collaboration often leads to better outcomes
What are your goals for the future ?
I haven't thought about the long-term goal for 5 years. Currently, I think I don't have the strength to set
such a long-term vision. Therefore, I will set an immediate goal that is every job I undertake, I will be
determined to do until I achieve good results. At least I will be an excellent employee at that job, then I
will consider and set more long-term goals.
Why do you want to leave your current job?
I'm seeking opportunities that align more closely with my long-term career goals. While my current
position has provided valuable experiences, I'm eager to explore new challenges and opportunities for
growth in a more educational-focused environment.
What are your salary expectations?
As a student with no experience in teaching assistant, I'm primarily focused on gaining valuable
experience for myself. While salary is important, my main priority is finding a role where I can learn
and grow. I'm open to discussing a salary that reflects the responsibilities of the position and the
overall compensation package offered by the institution.
