1. Since when have you been working there/ at X company?

I have been working at/ there since May 2022

2 For how long have you been working there?

For 6 months/ I have been working there for six months.

3 Why are you leaving your current position?

I am leaving my current position because I am interested in more options for promotion and also
because I want to have a different kind of work environment/schedule that helps me grow and develop
my skills.

4. Are you available for overtime work?

Yes, I am available for overtime work.

5. What can you tell me about yourself?

I think I am a very hardworking , friendly and serious person that likes to give they best in everything I
do. I enjoy learning new things and interacting with people.

6. What can you tell me about your previous job/jobs?

I have learnt many skills from my previous job/jobs , I learnt how to be organised , to make sure that I
am always on track of my tasks – this is something that I developed during my University studies – and I
the most important thing that I learnt I believe is to be able to bring out the best in people and work in a
team .

7. Where do you see yourself in 5/10 years?

From a professional point of view I see myself of course on a higher position because the more you learn
the more you grow and from a personal perspective I believe I would start a family / get my own house/
get a car / travel the world etc.

8. Do you think you have what it takes for this position?

I believe I have what it takes for the position that you are advertising because I am dedicated, sociable,
serious and ready to give my best to create the most pleasant interaction with each customer that
comes into the bank.

9. Do you think that you can handle both working and studying at the same time?

I am sure I can handle it because I have done it already successfully for such a long time so I have no
worries what so ever in regards to this.

10. What do you think are your strong/weak points? Can you name 3 of them?
Strong points: I am dedicated, fast learner, serious, friendly etc

Weak points: I am a perfectionist, sometimes I ask to much from my team , I sometimes push my limits a
bit too much .
