Ministry of Minority Affairs, Govt. of India has expressed their displeasure

for such lapse on the part of the defaulting Institutions which are yet to
complete the Aadhaar based Demographic Authentication. In this regard,
State Government has been closely monitoring the authentication process of
the defaulting institutes.
As you know, as per the calender of activities fixed by the MoMA, the last
date for verification of applications by the L1 level i.e. Institutes is 15.12.2021.

So, the defaulting Institutes are requested to complete their Aadhaar

based demographic authentication in NSP portal by 20h November, 2021
positively, so that they can be able to verify the applications in the NSP portal
and forward the same to the State Nodal Officer in NSP portal in time for
further verification of the same at SNO level
In this context, you are requested to look into the matter and take
appropriate action at your level for completing Aadhaar based
authentication of INOs as per the dateline given above, so that all the
application will be processed in due time and not a single applicant is left
out from verification process due to non completion of Aadhaar based
authentication of INOs.
Further, the following officers may be contacted for soting out the
technical problems if any faced during the operationalization of the NSP portal
for smooth implementation of the Minority Scholarship Schemes in our State
