Procedure
When you check into your room
Ketika Anda memasuki kamar

1. Fire escape plan

After checking into your room, get to know the
location of all exit access
Pintu keluar/ pintu darurat
Setelah memasuki kamar, ketahuilah pintu-pintu
darurat di semua lokasi EMERGENCY EXIT
2. Fire alarm call points
Familiarise yourself with the location of the fire alarm
call points on your floor

Biasakanlah diri Anda untuk mengetahui lokasi
tombol sirine kebakaran berada

3. Fire extinguisher/ fire hose reels

Know where those are located. It would be an asset to
know how to operate them

Ketahui dimana letaknya dan akan lebih baik jika Anda
tahu cara menggunakannya

If you discover a fire HELP!

Jika Anda menemui api

1. Raise the alarm

If you detect any fire or smoke, brake the glass of the
nearest fire alarm point or call the telephone
operator – Dial ‘0’

Jika Anda menemui kebakaran atau asap, pecahkan
kaca sirine kebakaran terdekat dan hubungi operator

2. If possible, attack the fire

Use the nearest fire extinguisher or fire hose reels

What to do in case of eartquake?

If you are inside the hotel

- Stand under an arch

- Get under a table or desk
- Brace yourself in an inside corner away from windows
- Move to an inner wall or corridor
- Watch for falling objects
- Stay away from tall shelves, cabinets and other
furniture that might slide or tople
- Stay away from windows, sliding glass doors or mirrors
- Grab anything handy to shield your head and face from
falling debris and shattering glass
- Do not be alarmed if the fire alarm ar springkles go off
- Do not use the elevators as the power for elevators may
go out and leave you trapped inside.
- The greatest danger from falling debris is just outside
doorways and close to the outer walls
- Do not rush outside, stay on the same floor that you are
on, until the noise stops
- You may then use staircase to evacuate the hotel. There
are some emergency exits located on each floor
- A full map on the back of your room door provides you
emergency information.

- Tetap berada disisi tengah dan jauhi jendela
- Bergerak ke arah lorong atau koridor.
- Waspadalah terhadap benda-benda yang berjatuhan

- Menjauh dari jendela, kaca dan pintu kaca
- Ambilah benda yang mudah dijangkau untuk melindungi
kepala dan wajah Anda dari pecahan kaca atau
reruntuhan.
- Jangan menyalakan alarm apabila alat penyiram tidak
berfungsi.
- Jangan gunakan lift, aliran listrik lift dapat berhenti dan
Anda akan terjebak didalamnya.
- Reruntuhan puing yang paling berbahaya berada diluar
pintu dan dekat dengan dinding luar.
- Jangan tergesa-gesa untuk keluar... tetap bertahan di
lantai yang sama sampai suara bising berhenti.
- Anda dapat menggunakan tangga darurat untuk keluar
dari hotel.
- Terdapat pintu darurat di setiap lantai.
- Peta fasilitas hotel dan informasi darurat terdapat
dibelakang pintu kamar Anda dapat memberikan
informasi darurat.

- Move away from the building, garage walls, power poles and
lamp pots.
If possible, proceed cautiously to a safe area
- Do not light matches, cigarettes or turn on electrical switches
- Protect hands and feet in all areas near broken glass or debris
- keep head and feet protected (with blanket, hat, pillow, etc)
- Wait for futher instructions by the Hotel Emergency Respone
Team.
