, certify that we have entered into Charter Party

Agreement with ROSNIs.r.o./LLC, located at Lamacova 826/13, 152 00 Prague, Czech
Republic and is ready to provide a vessel on hire on behalf of Fuel Seller Company and
ROSNIs.r.o./LLC upon ROSNI request for lifting of up to 10 000 000 bbl of Jet Aviation
Fuel JA1or JP54 or TS1upon ROSNI corresponding request of lifting for the specific
transaction pertaining to Commercial Invoice from the Seller.

BROCARGO CO. LTD. Undertakes to provide the corresponding vessel within 72

hours upon receiving ROSNI request.

BROCARGO CO. LTD. agrees to deliver Vessel(s) to Charterer in order to move up

to 10 000 000 bll of of Jet Aviation Fuel JA1or JP54 or TS1 from Rotterdam, Netherland or
Ust-Luga, RF port to port Algercias, Spain once ROSNI provides the Shipping Schedule,
Load port Berth, Specification and Product discrption, Product quantity, Destination Port and
Destinatin Port Facilityberth specifications.

Upon ROSNI request for the vessel BROCARGO CO. LTD. provides Q88 (with
Leasing Contract) and LAYCAN.
