Study of a related global business/application

With the advancement of the basic science and industrial level of human society, it
has become possible to say goodbye to those huge and bulky instruments and play
beautiful music on certain occasions. This phenomenon is realized through two
different processes, the first is the development of electronic music, and the second is
the development of portable music software. These two parts are involved in the
software we designed. For our software, competition and opportunity coexist in such a
booming market. Therefore, whether in the Hong Kong market or the global market,
we should find our own strengths and weaknesses to determine the product
positioning.

In terms of electronic music software, FL Studio is a must-have software for

electronic musicians, and it can be described as an artifact. It has a variety of
electronic synthesis tones, in addition to the effect plug-in can make the user's music
full of personality. If performing live performances, FL Studio is not inferior to other
software, and its DJing and field control functions are also very powerful. With FL
Studio, only a computer can be used to complete a wonderful live performance. The
well-known music producer Avicii is also using FL Studio for his own music creation.
In its latest version, it has also upgraded the mixer function and strengthened its
rendering capabilities.

Ableton Live is also a fairly well-known software. It is a software suitable for

electronic musicians to perform live performances or to quickly arrange music, and
can record inspiration. The audio display is relatively flat, which can reduce resource
occupation. Making longer music is slower and the export quality is very low. If the
operation of not playing the equipment is more complicated, the learning cost is
higher than FL Studio.
 When it comes to music software, you have to mention Pro Tools. It is an
electronic music production software released by Digidesign. It was originally only
available in a Mac version, and later a win version was also released. Its biggest
advantage is that the processed sound quality is much better than the same music
production software, and it can also perform multi-track recording and audio mixing.
It tends to make film music and use it for post-production.

Suggestions for future business development of the app

The main profit channel of our application comes from the software itself and the
unlocking of some software functions. Therefore, it is very important to improve the
types of software functions. In terms of musical instruments, we have realized piano,
guitar and drums; in terms of auxiliary tools, we have realized playing, saving and
playback. But these alone are not enough. Compared with some mainstream software
on the market, we lack more instruments and more basic sound synthesis functions.
Take FL Studio as an example. FL Studio's processing power for music can be
described as top-notch. From the most basic multiple sound effects to high-level
rendering and accompaniment. Of course, users can also realize the sound effects of a
variety of musical instruments, including pianos and drums.

Modern people have harsh requirements for music. Listeners often require not only
the beauty of the overall atmosphere of the music, but also their own views on the
melody and rhythm of some details. For the overall beauty of music, we can do the
following two things. The first is to record higher-quality sound materials. During the
production of our software, due to time issues, the highest standard audio files were
not recorded, so the overall quality of the music may not be high due to poor sound
quality when the user is playing. The second is to increase some auxiliary functions.
The existing metronome of our software is rough in workmanship, and cannot well
complete the function of helping users control the rhythm. We can quantify and
display the sounds played by users according to loudness and frequency, and set some
adjustment functions to help users create more perfect music.
Regarding the increase in the variety of musical instruments, Western orchestral
music is very suitable. First of all, western instruments like piano, violin and harp are
more suitable for ensemble. After enriching the types of instruments, multiple users
can play some more complex music together. Secondly, there are instruments suitable
for solo play, such as flute and saxophone. Users can use these electronic musical
instruments to create their own music anytime, anywhere

Learning reflection
The cornerstone of team success. An excellent team needs to work hard with each
other to form a team force in order to complete the common goals and tasks. The
seemingly simple music software design activity, we have experienced failures again
and again, and it took more than a month to complete. From the initial design of
software concepts and functions, to the realization of the program framework, and
finally to some detailed adjustments, we have overcome quite a few difficulties.
Software design requires every member to calm down, set their minds right, and work
together towards the common goal to succeed. If a team member is distracted or fails
to do as required, all efforts will be lost. Only by learning to cooperate and not
complaining to each other can we achieve success on the other side. Everyone’s work
is not isolated, we need to cooperate, communicate and share with each other, get rid
of all distracting thoughts, guard the pure land of our soul, calm down to study
business, and patiently write programs. This is our eternal pursuit. .

　　 In addition to the improvement of cognition in this training, my biggest gain is

from the psychological level. The first is a change in mentality. Through training, I
have a deeper understanding of my learning subjects and a brand new positioning. I
always feel that school work is trivial and complicated, and sometimes I feel tired and
bitter. But now I understand that although school work involves many projects and
complex content, it is very helpful to the improvement of personal ability. Every time
a program is written, it is an exercise and improvement for the individual. Not only
will I gain the thrill of success, but I can also unknowingly improve my personal
abilities. It should be said that through programming, I have become more
enthusiastic about my profession than before.

　　 The second is to clarify the direction of efforts. In the next step, I will focus on
strengthening the cultivation of ten kinds of consciousness. Ten kinds of
consciousness: business consciousness, cooperation consciousness, high efficiency
consciousness, team consciousness, coordination consciousness, strain consciousness,
initiative and creativity consciousness. As the so-called ideology determines the form,
through the cultivation of various consciousnesses, the individual's abilities are
improved

　　Through training, each of us has different perceptions and gains. I think the most
important thing is not how much knowledge we have learned through outreach
training, but how much we can apply in the future and realize commercial and
personal value through them. Only by applying perception and cognition to work and
life is our real gain.
