Admission to Ph.D. Programme in University School of Medicine and
Paramedical Health Sciences, session 2021-22
This has reference to the GGSIP University Communication No. GGSIPU/USMPMHS/2021-
2022/1506 dated 11.11.2021 intimating the result of the interviews for admission to the Ph.D.
programme in University School of Medicine and Paramedical Health Sciences.
All selected candidates are required to report to the Admission Branch officials for the
verification of documents and allocation of seats on 25.11.2021 (Thursday) at 11.00 a.m. in
Seminar Hall, C-Block, GGSIP University, Sector 16-C, Dwarka, New Delhi.
The following documents will be required to complete the admission process:
1. Bank Draft of Rs. 10,000/- in favor of the Registrar, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha
University, payable at Delhi. The candidate will write his/her name, date of admission, address,
mobile no, name of the programme, and CET Roll Number on the back of the Bank Draft.
2. Four passport sized photographs matching those pasted in the admit card.
3. Original Admit Card of CET-2021, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
4. Proof of date of birth: Secondary School Mark Sheet and Certificate, both original and self-
attested photocopies.
5. Mark-sheets/Certificates of the qualifying examination
The candidate is required to bring the original certificate and marksheets of the qualifying
examination in original along with a self-attested photocopy.
6. Physical Fitness Certificate
All the students shall be required to submit a Medical Certificate indicating fitness from a
Registered Medical Practitioner as per the format given in the Admission Brochure.
7. Original Certificate for any of the Reservations
All candidates seeking admission under any of the reservation category be it in SC, ST or EWS
must bring their reservation certificate in original along with a self attested photocopy of the
certificate for claiming the seat against a reserved category.
8. Conduct and Character Certificate in original from the Head of the previous Institution from
where the candidate has passed the qualifying examination or from a Gazetted officer. The
certificate must not be older than six months.
9. If you are in service, a NOC from the employer certifying that the candidate will be permitted
to work full time on his/her PhD thesis.
10. Application regarding age or any other relaxation with approval of the concerned authority.

Please note
It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to make sure that they fulfil the eligibility conditions laid
down in the GGSIP University Admission Brochure for the programme for session 2021-22. If at any
stage it is found that the candidate does not fulfil the requisite eligibility conditions, his/her admission

will stand cancelled and disciplinary action will be initiated against him/her. Also, his/her entire fee
will be forfeited.

Withdrawal of Admission
Refund applications, if any, shall be processed in accordance with the GGSIP University Refund
Policy 2021-22. The same is available on University website www.ipu.ac.in. The request for
withdrawal of admission has to be submitted in the prescribed format to School/DRC, Administrative
Block, GGSIP University.

The last date of withdrawal is 29/11/2021.

Reporting to the College

The students taking admission must report to their respective supervisors in the respective
institutions on 26.11.2021.
