QUESTION
There is no such thing like a global legal system. The word is currently
characterised by a number of legal systems that defined mostly by cultural
values and colonial influence. It is very difficult to find one system of law that
may coherently represent all societies around the globe. The best can such
influence go within a certain territorial region.

In the light of the above assertion, critically discuss the origin of Common law
legal system and state the legal systems that are found in Tanzania.
