Subject: Notice: Agent Counts in Agent Management

We’re aware of an issue in the Insight Platform that is impacting our ability to show the correct
number of Insight Agents you have deployed in your environment in the Agent Management
experience.

This issue does not impact Insight Agent coverage, the ability of the agent to perform its
required jobs, or assessments that are carried out using agent data.

Over the coming days, we will be working to resolve this issue. As a result, your organization
may notice the total number of Agents in Agent Management increase. Work is ongoing to
resolve this issue. If your organization is affected by this condition, your total Insight Agent
metric in Agent Management will likely increase to reflect the correct figure after this issue is
resolved.

This issue will be resolved by Wednesday, September 15th. If your Agent count in Agent
Management still looks incorrect after that, please reach out to Rapid7 Support.
