Maintenance
Manager

Job scope:
• Responsible for line management of maintenance resources and activities in support of the targeted availability of the

CMMS Analyst

Job scope:
• To direct a team of experienced users to ensure that any new or revised equipment is updated in
CMMS maintenance instructions and are compliant with approved maintenance strategies
• Provide first line support to onshore and offshore CMMS users
• Manage and ensure the integrity of CMMS data
• Set up PMRs
• Prepare asset register and equipment hierarchies

Maintenance Scheduler

Job scope:
• Work with the maintenance engineers and Technical Authorities (TA’s) to optimise the scheduling of activities to
maximise execution efficiency and optimise maintenance Corrective Work Order(CWO) backlog held within the
Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Drive improvement in the maintenance CWO preparation, expediting and planning processes through engagement
with offshore and onshore functions and personnel
• Preparation of work packages and expediting of necessary spares, followed by incorporation into longer term plans via
the planning activity team
• Work with the onshore Maintenance & Reliability team, onshore expeditor and offshore maintenance team (work
preparation) to deliver optimised corrective, modification and planned work (CWO/MWO/PWO)
• Work with M&R team to help recommend which activities to execute or reschedule when the activity set exceeds
functional constraints; resource level and deliver within function constraints.
• Effectively manage changes to agreed functional schedules.
• Support the identification and resolution of delivery risks, resource conflicts, emergent work and schedule waivers.
Support the Maintenance and Reliability group in assessment of schedule waiver requests.
• Drive continuous improvement in functional scheduling performance, backlog and provide KPI information.
• Liaise with subcontractor / vendor planning to ensure alignment of company and contractor plans and schedules.
• Support onshore Maintenance Team with critical equipment status & repairs.
• Maintain CMMS backlog & prioritise critical repairs to support platform operations.

Senior Pipeline Engineer


Job scope:
• Provide engineering and supervision/surveillance services on behalf of owner for installation and pre-commissioning of pipeline and subsea
hardware (SSIV & Wye Skids).
• Shall support the T&I Manager in delivering the installation and pre-commissioning works for the pipeline and subsea hardware in conjunction with
the main contractor and their sub-contractors.
• Oversee the activities of the main contractor and sub-contractors to ensure the installation and pre-commissioning works of the pipeline and subsea
are carried out in accordance with plan & procedures and in adherence with safety & quality requirements.
• Support multiple assets across the business unit to provide engineering, installation and pre-commissioning expertise for pipeline and subsea during
the execution phase of the project. Project assignments range from engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, pre-commissioning and up
to hand-over of the pipeline and subsea hardware to Operations Team.
• Provide subject matter expertise in pipeline and subsea design, installation and pre-commissioning.
• Assist the T&I Manager in liaison with the pipeline discipline functions within stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of pipeline and subsea commissioning, operations and maintenance procedures and manuals.
• Promote safety awareness and performance among main contractor and sub-contractors’ personnel to deliver set safety targets. Ensure HSSE
standards and requirements are met or exceeded
• Review and provide input for the installation engineering works and studies and ensure that they are in accordance with the technical requirements
and meeting the schedule. Timely review and approve drawings, specification and technical documents for all pipeline and subsea related works.
Timely review and provide input for pipeline and subsea engineering analyses, drawings and reports to ensure completeness for offshore
installation and pre-commissioning.
• Participate in HAZID, HAZOP, installation reviews and operational readiness reviews and meetings as required.
• Prepare or review scopes of work in relation to the pipeline and subsea discipline and interfaces and evaluate technical submissions prior to award.
• Review installation procedures for the pipeline and subsea system to ensure robust methodology and compliance with specifications.
• Contribute to development and subsequently review of pre-commissioning philosophy and procedures for the pipeline and subsea system to ensure
compliance with specifications.
• Contribute to develop pipeline and subsea inspection and maintenance plans, including pigging philosophy and integrity assessments.
• Contractor to oversee pipeline and subsea pre-commissioning works performed by main contractor and suppliers to ensure timely completion and
compliance with the technical specifications and contract.
• Coordinate with CSR at fabrication yard to witness all fabrication yard trial fit for offshore installation and for loadout of the pipeline and subsea
hardware for offshore transportation.
• Represent the owner during installation and pre-commissioning activities offshore on-board marine vessels to ensure that the work is performed in
compliance with owner’s safety standards and overall project requirements.
• Maintain complete record of technical deliverables and correspondence to support installation and pre-commissioning works documenting all key
decision.
• Coordinate and ensure completeness in the compilation of the pipeline and subsea final dossier/documentation.
• Provide technical support, advice and guidance to operations and maintenance personnel on pipeline engineering aspects of facilities.
• Oversee the installation & pre-commissioning activities and performance of the main contractor & sub-contractors, including identifying potential
problems or critical technical issues to develop cost effective solutions, using best operating practice and current industry design criteria in order to
achieve project objectives.

Requirements:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in engineering and offshore oversight for pipeline and subsea installation and pre-commissioning activities.
Considerable practical experience related to tie-ins to existing facilities or network is required.
• Will be based in the KL office to support to project engineering, fabrication, installation and pre-commissioning of the pipeline and subsea.
• Will be Offshore based during installation phase as Company Site Representative during pipeline and subsea installation and pre-commissioning
works.

Diving Advisor
Job scope:
• Provide subsea field engineering and diving supervision/surveillance services on behalf of owner for the project.
• Support the T&I Manager in delivering the subsea installation and diving works for the project’s pipeline and subsea in conjunction with the main
contractor and their sub-contractors.
• Oversee the diving & ROV activities of the main contractor and sub-contractors to ensure the assurance, coordination and operations of the Diving
and ROV spread during the installation and commissioning works of the facilities are carried out in accordance with plan & procedures and in
adherence with safety & quality requirements.
• Inspect, audit, vet and monitor the Diving & ROV spread to ensure the activities are carried out safety in accordance with relevant procedures and
guidelines.
• Conduct inspections and suitability surveys for the proposed Diving & ROV spread to ensure compliance with international marine regulations,
IMCA/AODC and client requirements as required.
• Reviews and approves Competency Certificates of diving & ROV personnel to ensure compliance with IMCA or AODC and capability of performing
the works efficiently and in a safe manner.
• Provide subject matter expertise in diving and ROV related activities.
• Assist the T&I Manager in liaison with the subsea installation and diving discipline functions within stakeholders
• Contribute to the development of diving assurance procedures & audits.
• Promote safety awareness and performance among main contractor and sub-contractors’ personnel to deliver set safety targets. Ensure HSSE
standards and requirements are met or exceeded.
• Review and provide input for the installation procedures, Diving and ROV task plans and other related documents to ensure that they are in

• Participate in HAZID, HAZOP, installation reviews and operational readiness reviews and meetings as required.
• Prepare or review Diving & ROV spread and crew selection and readiness prior to mobilisation of the marine spread.
• Review main contractor’s Diving & ROV procedures and task plans to ensure robust methodology and compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate with MWS on vessel inspection and coordinate the close out of findings with main contractor.
• Review the IMCA or AODC audit reports for the diving & ROV spread and determine the critical findings which are to be closed out by main
contractor.
• Represent owner as deputy to CSR during diving & ROV activities offshore on-board marine vessels to ensure that the work is performed in
compliance with Company safety standards and overall project requirements.
• Maintain complete record of technical deliverables and correspondence to support to support the works and document all key decision.
• Provide technical support, advice and guidance to on diving assurance procedures.
• Oversee the diving and ROV operations during installation activities, including identifying potential problems or critical technical issues to develop
cost effective solutions, using best operating practice and current industry criteria in order to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in executing major offshore projects as a Diving Supervisor.
• Must be holder of IMCA or AODC Diving Supervisor Certificate and has attended an approved OGP/IMCA Client Site Representative training course
and is certified as a qualified CSR.
• Has attended an approved OGP/IMCA basic Diving System Assurance (audit) awareness course.
• Must be familiar diving and ROV operations being performed from DP vessels.
• Will be based in the KL office to support to project engineering, fabrication and preparatory works prior to the offshore campaign.
• Will be Offshore based during installation phase to monitor, coordinate and ensure the safety and efficiency of the diving & ROV operations during
the subsea installation works.

Marine Captain / Coordinator


Job scope:
• Provide marine coordination and supervision/surveillance services for project on behalf of owner for T&I and HUC activities
• Support the T&I Manager and Production Operations Snr Manager in delivering the installation and HUC works for the project’s CPP, Pipeline and
Subsea in conjunction with the main contractor and their sub-contractors.
• Oversee the marine activities of the main contractor and sub-contractors to ensure the marine assurance, coordination and operations of the
marine spread during the installation and commissioning works of the project facilities are carried out in accordance with plan & procedures and in
adherence with safety & quality requirements.
• Inspect, audit, vet and monitor barges and support craft to ensure the related Marine activities are carried out safety in accordance with relevant
procedures and guidelines.
• Conduct vessel inspections and suitability surveys for the hired marine vessels to ensure compliance with international marine regulations, flag state
rules and client requirements as required.
• Review the Marine Class certificates of hired vessels to ensure compliance with IMO regulations (SOLAS; MARPOL etc.,) and flag state rules and
check the marine management systems of marine Subcontractors to ensure implementing the necessary procedures/policies for safe operations
and environmental protection.
• Reviews and approves Competency Certificates of marine key personnel onboard hired vessels to ensure compliance with marine regulations (STCW
1995) and capability of performing the works efficiently and in a safe manner.
• Support multiple assets across the business unit to provide marine assurance, vessel movement and anchoring plans, marine operations
coordination and logistics coordination during the execution phase of the project.
• Provide subject matter expertise in marine assurance, coordination operations and vessel safety.
• Assist the T&I Manager in liaison with the marine discipline functions within stakeholders
• contribute to the development of vessel movement plans, vessel & crew assurance procedures, logistics plan and anchor patterns for barges.
• Promote safety awareness and performance among EPCIC contractor and sub-contractors’ personnel to deliver set safety targets. Ensure HSSE
standards and requirements are met or exceeded.
• Review and provide input for the installation procedures, mooring analysis, anchor patterns and other marine related documents to ensure that
they are in accordance with the technical requirements and meeting the schedule. Timely review and approve drawings, specification and technical
documents for all installation and marine related works.
• Participate in HAZID, HAZOP, installation reviews and operational readiness reviews and meetings as required.
• Prepare or review vessel and crew selection prior to award or mobilisation of the marine spread.
• Review marine procedures to ensure robust methodology and compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate with MWS on vessel inspection and coordinate the close out of findings with main contractor.
• Review vessel’s OVID and/or Class report and determine the critical findings which are to be closed out by main contractor or Vessel Owners’.
• Represent owner as deputy to CSR during installation and HUC activities offshore onboard marine vessels to ensure that the work is performed in

• Maintain complete record of technical deliverables and correspondence to support to support the works and document all key decision.
• Coordinate and ensure completeness in the compilation of the vessel movement plan to regulators, e.g., MKN approvals and Notice to Mariners to
the Marine Department of Malaysia.
• Provide technical support, advice and guidance to operations on marine assurance procedures, vessel selection criteria and logistics strategy.
• Oversee the marine operations and vessel movements during installation & HUC activities, including identifying potential problems or critical
technical issues to develop cost effective solutions, using best operating practice and current industry design criteria in order to achieve project
objectives.

Requirements:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in executing/supporting major offshore projects, as Company representative and must be a Master Mariner.
• Considerable practical experience related to heavy lift offshore operations, barge moves, and anchor handling is required.
• Familiarity with DP vessels’ operations (including capabilities & limitations) is an advantage.
• Will be based in the KL office to support to project engineering, and preparatory works prior to the offshore campaign.
• Will be Offshore based during installation & HUC phase to monitor, coordinate and ensure the safety and efficiency of the marine operations during
the installation and HUC works.
