Please note our binding "TERMS & CONDITIONS" concerning the offer:
1. Specifications:
1.1) uPVC Profiles, Reinforcement, Fittings & Gaskets used for Windows & Doors, shall confirm to the relevant Standard.
1.2) The Windows & Doors are manufactured according to the specification as approved by the customer in this schedule.(see 9)
1.3) The sizes mentioned in the quotation are NOT the final fabrication sizes of the windows. Final sizes may differ during the
measurement and accordingly the FINAL price will be calculated.
2. Pricing:
2.1) Prices are exclusive of GST@18% and inclusive of Installation Charges for installation in Visakhapatnam.For outstation customers the
installation charges will be extra as applicable.
2.2) Prices are for White Profile Systems, unless otherwise specified.
2.3) Prices are Ex-Factory, Visakhapatnam.
2.4) Taxes other than mentioned, if applicable, shall be extra as per actual.
2.5) Taxes are subject to the prevailing Tax structure in India at the time of dispatch. Future Windows reserves the right to change Taxes
as applicable at the time of dispatch.
3. Payment:
3.1) Orders with a gross value less than or equal to INR 5,00,000/- shall be paid 100% in advance along with technically clear and
confirmed order as specified under section 9 below.
3.2) In case the gross value of the order is more than INR 5,00,000/- following payment terms shall apply:
a) 50% of the gross order value as advance payment.
b) 50% before delivery.
c) In case the customer fails to make payment according to terms as under 3.2(a),3.2(b),and 3.2(c),an interest at the rate of 21% p.a. on
the outstanding shall apply.
3.3) Advance payments, if any, will be adjusted against Invoices on pro rata basis.
3.4) Future Windows reserves the right to demand full advance payment or full payment against due outstanding as per clauses 3.1 and
3.2, before further processing with the order, as the case may demand.
4.Delivery:
4.1) Minimum three weeks from the date of advance payment along with confirmed order (section 9).
4.2) Transportation of the goods is to be arranged by the party. If arranged by Future Windows, the delivery charges shall be paid by the
party at their site.
5. Claims on Delivery:
5.1) The Buyer will
a) Examine the goods within three days of taking the Delivery.
b) Notify Future Windows in writing within 7 days of taking delivery of any error in product, quantity or description.
5.2) If the customer fails to give notice to Future Windows as stated under 5.1, the customer shall not be entitled to any claim whatsoever.
6. Risk:
6.1) All risk of loss or damage of the goods in transit shall pass to the Buyer according to Ex-Works sale by Future Windows.
7. Installation:
7.1) In case the Installation is delayed due to site conditions, non availability of Glass, etc., the customer shall pay the applicable daily
charges of the installation team.
7.2) The customer will provide a lockable place for storage of delivered material, free of cost.
7.3) If applicable, the place of living for Installation workers with electricity connection & portable water facility shall be provided by the
customer free of charge.
7.4) Electricity connection, wherever Installation is carried out, shall be provided free of charge.
7.5) Scaffolding, if required, is to be provided free of cost.
8. Offer Validity:
8.1) This offer is valid for 15 Days.
9. Order confirmation:
9.1) Place your order along with
a) This duly stamped and signed offer on every page, confirming the techno-commercial details viz: Billing Address, Delivery Address,
glass thickness, the opening direction, the fittings, the fabrication sizes, the elevation and the price.
b) Advance Cheque/DD in favour of Future Windows, payable at Visakhapatnam. For RTGS/NEFT details are as follows

9.2) The order shall be processed, only if all information under 9.1 is provided prior to the dispatch.
9.3) Confirmed Order cannot be cancelled and shall be paid in full though the order is cancelled.
9.4) Any modifications to the approved plan shall be charged extra.
10. All disputes are subject to Visakhapatnam jurisdiction.
