Azimuth had improved a policy to set up this activity through certain-clear
values and principles, such as;
Transparency

To ensure the transparency of procurement process, the full

process shall be carried out in auditable way on a full documented
process. All involved parties shall ensure the fairness of the
procurement procedure with strict forbiddance of any manipulation.

Flexibility

Azimuth Company for general trading procurement team is

considering -in the first degree- the company’s interest. Procurement
team committed to keep the company values and legal regulation in
mind. In certain cases of flexibility is required both from the
procurement and end-user side to solve urgent needs or sudden
situation but without transgressing values and regulations

Accuracy

All involved parties shall forecast the time schedules as

accurately as possible and shall attempt to stick to the pre-defined
deadlines in order help efficient operation. The procurement side shall
manage to present the end-user requirement as accurately and possible.
