and has served the Oil & Gas needs of clients throughout Kurdistan Region of
Iraq since its establishment at 2018.
Our main focus is to provide Lifting Inspection, Tubular Inspection and NDT
Inspection services to the Oil & Gas Sector. We also offer a full DS-1, API,
ASTM, BSI standard, ASME, LEEA & different specs for welding inspection.

Our Company carries out regular monitoring of all its Systems and Operating
Procedures to ensure that all works undertaken or materials supplied
through its approved major suppliers are carried out in full compliance with
the very latest legislation and Oil & Gas recommendations.
In line with this Total Quality Commitment the company has in-house Quality
Assurance Systems in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 to monitor and control
all aspects of our works. Due to the nature of the work undertaken, the
company has very high standards and guidelines of Safety Management and
HSE Systems in compliance with ISO 14001:2015.
Our extensive training programs ensure that our technicians are not only fully
trained and competent in their roles, but also possess the appropriate
knowledge and understanding when carrying out testing and inspections of
our client’s equipment and products.
An electronic management system or color tagging system will be provided
to monitor and track the inspected equipment - enabling the client to know
when the equipment in question needs to be reassessed and recertified.

inspection needs of the Oil and Gas Industries. Originally founded in Erbil,
Iraq, the company has now expanded to operations in Egypt. STS has

 5. Material supply
A. STS provide material Supply is a fully integrated application designed to
close the loop between our client and their supplier by supporting the
outsourcing of client manufacturing. The system facilitates issuance of
component materials to a supplier in conjunction with the placement
of a Purchase Order (PO) for both planned and unplanned assemblies.
STS Material Supply lets you identify outsourced items, generate a bill
of materials structure for the assembly, and issue and track outsourced
components until they are returned. The system’s integration with
various financial management tools also lets our client perform
financial and audit control functions.

Material Supply allows our clients to “pre-plan” the outsourcing of material
components by (1) enabling “buy items” to have a manageable bill of
materials (BOM) structure, and (2) adding the material supply items required
for the outsourced assembly to the material supply planning table. Once this
has been done, the BOM components can be issued to the vendor with the
release of a PO. They are then shipped, along with accompanying BOM
shipping documents, detailing the material contents of the shipment.
