VIIIA Q.1- Copy one sonnet of Shakespeare every day in your copy marking the sonnet
number. (There are 153 sonnets composed by Shakespeare, and are available on
the NET). And write the rhyming scheme of the each sonnet. Each sonnet is of 14
lines in which 3 quatrains + 1 couplet are its ingredients.

IXB Q1- Write 5 Headlines from any English news paper of your choice and the summery
of the news in 4 to 5 sentences. This is to be done in your class work copy.
Q2- Write 50 words ( 5 on each day ) with allophonic variation. E.g. Nation is
pronounced as नेशन but National is pronounced as नैशनल . This is called allophonic
variation. ( Suffix changes the pronunciation)
