The target of this proposed activity will cover roughly 1,019 hectares, involving 2 Government Owned Lands (GOL) collective CLOAs that reaches to 340 privileged Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries. Further, in order to issue individual CLOAs to our ARBs, there is a need to have a contract with private surveyors to do the actual field surveys, hence this proposal. DESCRIPTION: The location of the above landholdings subject to this activity will cover only the municipality of Maasim.This activity contributes to cover the cost for the land survey that will be coordinated by DAR and to be carried out by contracted private surveyors. There will be screening to scrutinize among ARBs qualification depending on their readiness in terms of the following standards: 1. Original Owner Duplicate copy of CLOA/Title; 2. Actual possession/occupation of ARB in the area of tillage/awarded; 3. No pending inclusion/exclusion protest OBJECTIVES: This activity aims to support DAR in assisting ARBs, who express interest in transforming collective ownership or mother CLOA to individual ownership to obtain individual land titles.
