INSTINCT HANDLES

PACKAGE
The Instinct Handles Skills is designed to help you rapidly improve your
ball-handling ability for real game situations.

This training should be done 3x times a week with a day of rest in between.

The schedule should be  Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Tuesday Thursday,


Saturday.

Remember this is the fundamental training, after-and ONLY after-you


master these fundamentals, should you move on to our paid training
programs, which contain more advanced training drills and workouts.

WORKOUT #1
Warm it up:
Single Hand Mastery: 3 times for 30 seconds each on each hand.
(6 times total, 3 on the right hand, 3 on the left hand)

Quick Series: 3 times through for 30 seconds at a time

2 High - 3 Low: 3 times through for 30 seconds at a time

Around the Body Complex: 2 times through for 30 seconds each


way (4 sets total, 2 each side)
Instinct Series (down and back equals 1):
Crossover: 5 times through

Between The Legs: 5 times through 

Behind The Back: 5 times through

Zig Zag Series (down and back equals 1):


Crossover: 5 times through 

Between The Legs: 5 times through

Warm it up:
