5 Sometimes called personal development, which we can define as efforts “carried out by
6 individuals with guidance, encouragement and help from their managers as required (Armstrong,
7 2009).
8 Last strategic plan urges for staff development and advocate to sustain training series conducted
9 by international staff and visitors’ experts. (See importance of strategic planning in HR)
10 (fundamentals of human resources ).
11 According to internal regulations, every project managers has authority to assign specific training
12 for each staff according to a regular appraisal (IRC H. d., 2012).
13 Therefore, there is kind of “Learning culture” in IRC which some lecturers defines as
14 “Environment promotes and fosters individuals, teams and organizational learning” (Elnaggar,
15 2013).

21 It is a process that organization “recognize individuals with arrive in an organization with set of

23 In IRC this called IRC way. HR provide staff with some presentation including strategic planning
24 of organization (mission, vision and values, etc.) beside policies regarding child protection and
25 ethics. (IRC H. d., 2012)

27 It is the second stage when individuals confront the possible dichotomy between their
28 organizational expectation and reality.
29 3- Metamorphoses stage
30 A stage when the new hired staff must work out inconsistencies discovered during the previous

35 Conclusion
36 IRC organization demonstrated professional practices in managing human resource. The
37 organization meets standards for evaluation, promotion and development of staff.
38 The organization practicing common procedures for hiring staff and managing vacancies and
39 started to develop ambitious strategic plan including human resource development.
40 The organization promotes average standards of wellbeing of staff and volunteer management. It
41 is allocated budget for staff development and provide opportunity for training abroad and on job
42 training.

6 However this definition may cause confusion with other sounding concepts such as
7 perspective, beliefs or stereotyping, that is why Kolter and Fox defined Image as “ An
8 image is the sum of beliefs, ideas, and impressions that a person has of an object.”

10 And within the frame work of the essay, I focus on the image of the product of Technical
11 Education in Egypt. This means the graduates, the human product that should actively
12 contribute to the economic growth of the country.
