 B.E in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Loyola Institute of Technology and
Science, Kanyakumari affiliated under Anna University with a CGPA of 6.6.

an Aggregate of 79%.

TeleForm

 Providing support for the software named “TeleForm” used for document scanning requirements. This
tool scans, sorts, modifies and uploads documents of VISA applicants, to the server maintained for
document storage.
 Access remote systems to rectify live issues after receiving ticket raised by end users.
 Communication with end users from various locations over the globe via E-mail, IM and phone. Chat,
voice and email support will be provided to users accordingly to provide faster resolution and adhere to
the SLA.
 Resolve scanner driver issues as scanner drivers are essential for operation of TeleForm.
 Installation of TeleForm based on request raised by users after verifying and validating their purchase
order.
 Manage installation and configuration records in a common database for the team to track the
installation status. Validate it on a monthly basis to ensure team is performing the data entry in a
systematic manner.
 The missions handled by TeleForm include UK, Ireland, Norway, Denmark, New Zealand, Sweden,
Portugal, IHC(Indian High Commission), DHA(Dept of Home Affairs) South Africa, Slovakia.
LIDPro

 LIDPro (Location Independent Document Processing) is a tool used by UKVI (UK Visas and
Immigration) for viewing documents scanned by various Visa application centers operated by VFS
Global services. These documents are evaluated by UKVI in order to make decisions regarding approval
or rejection of VISA application.
 I have to make sure that documents scanned from VACs are uploaded from each PC, registered in the
database, documents available in server, encrypted and visible in LIDPro to the authorities.
 Provide quick response on enquiries from UK govt officials regarding queries about LIDPro.
 Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports to be generated from the DB and sorted before emailing them to
management.
 Document privacy to be ensured by checking the efficient working of encryption and purging tools in
local systems and servers.
 Procuring license from management and adding/modifying/removing users in LIDPro based on
requirement.
 Weekly performance checks of LIDPro to ensure it is working properly without any bugs.
 Coordinating with network/server teams in situations where LIDPro bugs have been reported.
 Apply constant pressure on network/server/development teams when LIDPro crashes and High Severity
Incident tickets have been raised.
 Testing the working of LIDPro after new updates have been deployed.

Purging tool

 Purging tool installation to be done in local systems and servers to ensure document privacy and
increase storage space.
 Ensure tool is running correctly by weekly/biweekly checks.
 Reports to be generated of entries removed and shared with management after sorting them.
 Configuring and modifying the parameters based on various requirements.

PDF upload tool

 PDF upload tool is a windows service designed to upload the PDF files created by TeleForm.
 TeleForm creates PDF files from the documents scanned from the VAC and PDF upload tool uploads
the documents to the destination server through webservice or API.
 Installation of this windows service in client PCs and troubleshooting via remote access.
 Testing the PDF upload tool once we receive the beta version from development team.

Passport scanning tool

 Passports of Visa applicants are scanned by a tool named “VFS Scan”.

 Installation of VFS Scan is done based on requests by clients.
 Configuring the passport scanner driver for the users.
 Ensure passport copies are uploaded by VFS Scan to the destination server.
 Troubleshooting issues by accessing client PCs on remote.
HP Records Manager

 HPRM is a document indexing and storage tool used for sorting and storing the documents. Documents uploaded
to the server can be found out using the HPRM. LIDPro tool fetches documents with the help of HPRM.
 Manual modifications of the record numbers once the assigned limit of record numbers have been reached.
 Restore connectivity to the database and servers in clusters in case of crashes.
 Purging activity monitoring inside the HPRM to ensure data removal after specified time period.
 Communication with network, server and DB teams in case of connectivity issues with LIDPro.

HP Identity Tool

 HPID tool is used for scanning, cropping and uploading photographs for Visa applications of various countries.
These photographs are merged with the biometric entries.
 Installation of HPID tool based on requests and purchase order verification.
 Configuring existing missions and adding new missions based on management instructions in client PCs.
 Remotely access the client PCs for troubleshooting issues reported by users.
 Manage installation and configuration records in a common database for the team. Validate it on a
monthly basis to ensure team is performing the data entry in a systematic manner.
