Leading and Managing People – HRM6014

Coursework for 2021 – 2022 Academic Year

Submission Date: 11th January 2022
Your essay should include theoretical and/or empirical material drawn from the course

materials and readings. Your essay should be properly referenced, and a bibliography must be

included. The lectures and textbook alone are unlikely to provide sufficient basis for a good

essay mark – wider reading is required. Further details will be provided during the module

and made available via Canvas.

An indication of the standard expected for this work, in terms of degree classification

equivalents, is provided in the module handbook. This is provided for guidance only and

should not be seen as a definitive descriptor.

NOTE: These are draft assessment questions until approved by the

External Examiner.

practices, policies, and procedures in the next decade?

3. Why is it relevant and critical for organisations to invest and implement performance

management system?
4. Covid-19 has certainly changed organisational responses to human resource

5. What are the main objectives of reward management systems and how has best
