Activates of the Guest Service Bell Desk Team, Bell Man, Door Man, Lobby Hostage, Hotel Driver valet parker, Rent
Car Company, Normal Taxi Company, Bus Transport Company and what is the Necessary on operation
Handle The Messages, Mail, Packages and Couriers for Guests, ensuring they are delivered at the appropriate time and
stored if necessary in a systematic and efficient way
Establish and control the Section Duty Roster in Accordance with Business needs and ensure the Department is manned
at all times Build up strong communication and understand with the customers to exceed their expectation
Build up the good team work with colleagues and the Management Communication.
