 Job Responsibilities Concierge / Bell Desk

Receive Guests in a Professional and Friendly Manner, satisfying Guest expectations, ensuring that the Guest Luggage
is carried from Arrival point to Guest Room and from Guest Room to Departure point upon checkout
Relationship with all Front Office Employees and ensure Guests are Greeted upon arrival and offered Assistance at all
times Maintain an up to Date knowledge of the Hotel services and communicate this to subordinates so they can supply
Information and Respond to Guest Inquiries {City Tour, Desert safari, Guest Transportation, shopping Dinning
&providing the all Right Information about the Areas, Lost Luggage follow up at Airport and Etc.}
Activates of the Guest Service Bell Desk Team, Bell Man, Door Man, Lobby Hostage, Hotel Driver valet parker, Rent
Car Company, Normal Taxi Company, Bus Transport Company and what is the Necessary on operation
Handle The Messages, Mail, Packages and Couriers for Guests, ensuring they are delivered at the appropriate time and
stored if necessary in a systematic and efficient way
Establish and control the Section Duty Roster in Accordance with Business needs and ensure the Department is manned
at all times Build up strong communication and understand with the customers to exceed their expectation

Build up the good team work with colleagues and the Management Communication.
