Duties & Responsibilities:
1-Receive order from the guests, coordinates, supervises and
executes the prompt, efficient and courteous serving of food&
Beverage as assigned.
2-Maintain effective employee’s relations.
3-Responsible for orders taking from guest rooms/offices.
4-Ensure that menu items, daily specials and seasonal foods are
available.
5-Determines that service pantry station in fully stocked and
kept clean at the commencement of service.
6-Ensures that trays, trolleys set up in accordance with
established standards and all equipment cleaned and in good
condition.
7-Ensures that service of food & beverage in the established
service style.
8-satisfies guest complains and request or if unable to do so,
ensures that they are promptly reported to the room service
manager/his delegate.
9-Exhibits personal department appearance, attitude in a
manner, which will enhance the guests experience and
satisfaction.
10-Ensures that all information about in-work for new arrivals
are well communicated by updating the guest profile.
11-Ensures that the guests bills are correctly complied and kept
