ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on high school teacher performance, to determine the
effect of work environment on high school teacher performance and to determine the effect of principal leadership
style and work environment on the performance of high school teachers in Muaradua district. This research uses
quantitative methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis
