Circular regarding reopening of school w.e.f. 15 November, 2021

Dear Parents,

On the basis of survey response conducted in the first week of November, the school will reopen for
the students to attend offline classes w.e.f. from Monday, November 15, 2021.
Bus services will be made available, for the students who have opted for the same, from Monday
(15.11.21), afternoon only. Parents are requested to drop their ward to school on Monday morning.

JOINING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Students who are being dropped by their parents will report to school at 7:50 a.m.
2. Parents will pick up their ward at 1:45 p.m. The school buses will leave at 2:00pm.
3. Parents will not be allowed inside the school building.
4. The identity card attached with the circular should be downloaded and printed in
duplicate. One will be worn by the child and one will be carried by the parent/escort who
would be coming to pick the child from the school or bus stop.
5. The child should be carrying the hard copy of the consent form on the first day of
attending school, duly signed by the parents.
6. Copies of the vaccination certificates of the parents will also be submitted on
the first day of attending.
7. Please ensure that your ward is carrying sufficient water and food for the day, no sharing
will be allowed.
8. Wearing a mask all through the day will be compulsory.
9. Students should carry an extra mask and a small sanitizer bottle with them.
10. Students should preferably come in school uniform.
11. The school will be following all the necessary precautionary measures as laid down by
the government.
12. Parents are also requested to maintain social distancing at the gates during arrival and
dispersal time.

Also please note –

Your ward’s class observation/ performance evaluation and attendance will be based as per the
mode of instruction opted by you. Parents are requested to adhere to their chosen mode of
instruction. In case of planned leave or absence due to medical reasons, a leave letter will have
to be submitted to the class teacher.

If at any point of time, you wish to change the mode of instruction (from offline to online or online
to offline), you can do so by informing the class teacher through mail on
info.csnjr@cambridgeschool.edu.in. Keeping in mind the child’s complete safety and security,
the school office will need at least 5 working days to process the same and make the required
changes.

The offline and online timetable will be informed shortly.

responsible for safe return of my ward from school / bus stop.

4. In case my ward or any other member has fever/cough/cold or any symptoms of Corona Virus, I
will inform the class teacher and not send my ward to school.

5. I understand that despite taking all necessary precautions and following all SOP protocols followed
by authorities, controlling all channels of contagion is not in the hands of the school.
