Qualifications

years at states and from 2016-2021 at the
Philippines – nurse is qualified for BON
- Should be morally apatite

- Must resign to prior post
If your assigned to the board you have to resign
to your current position whether you are the
chief nurse or dean. You need to be full time
PRBON member. 3 years of term of office but
you can be reappointed by the president of
Philippines
→ No connection to any institution

If you are PRBON your responsibilities are:
1. Conduct licensure exam
2. Issue, suspended, or revoke certificate of
registration
- COR (certificate of registration) is a
diploma
- Don’t confuse COR to your license
3. Monitor and enforce quality standards of
nursing
- They evaluate if one nursing school is
qualified to operate or not
4. Ensure quality nursing education
5. Conduct hearings, investigations to resolve
complaints against nurse practitioners
6. Promulgate a code of ethics
7. Recognize nursing specialty organizations

nurses)

45 % of your basic salary so 33,000 – 25% that’s

Nurse 1 has salary grade 13

PNA because if you are a member with good
moral standing in the PNA you will be able to
maximize with all this benefits + legal support or
legal council
