Contents of Assignment:
- Company Introduction
o Introduction of the Organization highlighting the history, vision, mission, core
values, products / services, core team, overall organizational structure and HR
department introduction
- HR Planning
o Organizational HR planning practices, tools applied such as Job Analysis, Job
Description, Forecasting methods, Job requisition forms, alignment of HRP with
strategic planning
- Recruitment & Selection
o Detailed information on whole process of hiring including the recruitment process,
sources along with process of selection including tests, interviews etc. The
succession planning and leadership development plans details.
- Training & Development
o Training process of organization, involvement of line managers, HR department
coordination and support throughout training process especially “Training Need
Assessment”. Organizational development or change management initiatives of
organization.
- Performance Management
o Current practices of performance management, complete process explanation with
its application on development of employees. How the process is executed and who
are involved in it while level of satisfaction of employees against the whole PM
process.
- Compensation Management
o Compensation policies, major benefits. Details of salary grades / scales. Employees
overall impression on this compensation system. Role of compensation practices
on employees turn over.
