About Us
Dynamic engineering since its incorporation in 2012 has been engineering-to-order all
types of Control, Power, Automation & Instrumentation Panel Boards. We strongly
believe in establishing strong relationship with our customers by manufacturing quality
products; supporting in installation & commissioning as well as maintaining their
electrical assets. We manufacture panel boards for all types of industries; utilize
leading brand components to maintain overall quality of products.

Manufacturing Standards
 Dynamic engineering manufactures all Forms of
Panel boards prescribed by “eiema” as per BS/EN
& IEC 61439 standards. Forms of separation are
maintained in the panel boards manufactured in
our company. Many types of variations are
employed in our panel boards to meet protection
prescribed in “eiema” guide and additional market
requirements.
 CRCA sheet steel, GI & SS materials of
construction as per engineered design.
 High quality fabrication with CNC machines.
 Corrosion & scratch proof powder coating using
high quality branded powders is done after
standard 7 tanks treatment of all parts of panel
boards.
 Maximum cutout and drilling is designed and
processed before powder coating process to avoid
any exposed surface uncoated.
 Laser engraved Traffolyte labels are used for
external devices’ tags & nameplates.
 All wires are numbered and marked with sleeve
ferrules matching with As-Built drawings to ease in
maintenance & troubleshooting of control wiring.
 Good quality copper wires & electrical grade
Copper as well Aluminium busbars are used in
construction.
 All panels are checked for quality, project changes
implementation & functional test.
 Megger & high voltage tests are also carried out as
part of inspection. Test certificates are provided
with final handing over document.

APFC Panels
Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) Panels are used for
improving the system power factor. The losses in the system are
compensated with capacitor banks switched as per real time phase
angle between voltage & currents. APFC Panels of Dynamic
Engineering are designed to compensate for recently revised billing
under KVAH billing system.

Need of the APFC Panels:

 APFC panels are used in all commercial as well as
industrial premises to improve the system power factor.
 Electricity boards charge extra cost (penalty) to consumers
with system having low power factor.
 Dynamic engineering provides complete analysis & study of
the system to design APFC panel for clients to transform
their PF Penalties into PF Incentives.

Thyristor Switched RTPFC Panels

Thyristorized APFC system or Thyristor switched APFC system is a
need of the system wherein there is very dynamic power factor
correction is required. The inrush switching transient currents are
totally eliminated with this type of APFC panel.

Dynamic engineering provide Thyristorized APFC Panels at a very

nominal cost. Advantages of the Dynamic make Thyristor switched
APFC panels are as follows:

Detuned APFC Panels
Detuned APFC Panels play important role when system has
more non-linear loads. CFL is one example of the non-linear
load which generates harmonics & distorts the voltage
waveform. Similarly, other loads which generate harmonics
include UPS due to its rectifier circuit.

The Detuned APFC Panel comprises of a capacitor

connected in series of a suitable reactor. The rectifier
impedance & capacitor impedances are selected in a fashion
that capacitor doesn't tune to the frequencies of harmonics
generated by loads & hence its life is increased.

In case of normal APFC panel, chances are there that

capacitors tune to the load harmonic frequencies & hence life
of the capacitors reduces.

Dynamic engineering provides thorough study of the existing

system requirement of Power Factor Correction & calculates
the required amount of reactor & capacitor to fulfill the
system's requirement of a Detuned APFC Panel.

Benefits:
 Apart from maintaining the system power factor to a
predefined target like 99%, Detuned APFC Panel
prevents capacitors from getting overloaded due to
harmonics of the order of 5th & above.
 Switching current amplification will not happen.
 Overloading of the system transformer & other rotating
equipments will be prevented.

VFD Control Panels
Variable Frequecy Drives or VFDs are integral part of any plant or
system when it comes to efficient control of AC motors. Dynamic
Engineering manufactures VFD Control panels as per customer’s
technical specification, as per project requirement, for various
applications and of various sizes. VFD Control Panels are designed
for indoor as well as outdoor installation in order to protect, control
VFDs.

Motor Control Centers (MCCs)

Motor Control Centers are control panels for control & supervision
of all motors from a central location. It consists of multiple
compartments consisting of circuit breakers, fuses, motor starters
and/or drives with a central bus section and a compartment for
main incomer. Dynamic engineering manufacture MCC panels as
