Davao De Oro with diverse varieties of homemade foods and beverages.

Objectives: To ensure that all homemade foods and beverages are affordable and non-
toxic. To ensure that our shop is clean and presentable and have a good customer service.
Our primary goal is to have an existing space operate a significantly upgraded and
financially successful restaurant serving health-conscious meals, especially cakes and teas.

Mission Statement: Aleda’s Bites & Cups will provide a community gathering place for
members, residents, and patrons to enjoy healthy food alternatives and a range of special
beverages. The café is cooperatively owned and is committed to ecologically sound
business practices and cooperative principles.

Funding Needs: Php 300,000.00

Products: Cake flour, Chocolates, Milk, Cocoa, Coffee, Cups, Plastics, Plates, etc.

Market Analysis: Our Café is 100% homemade that meet the guaranteed taste of every
people and a very healthy beverage.

Management Team: Five (5) working team to assist the customer and give optimum
satisfactory services.

Cash Flow Statement: Financial Matrix is available keeping the cash inflow and outflow is
better monitored.
