Answer the following questions briefly and substantially.

1. How teachers make the most use of assessment of learning?

Assessment of learning necessitates teachers making judgments about student learning

and communicating what students know and can do in connection to the standards-referenced
framework of syllabuses to parents, other teachers, and students themselves. Also, this can be
done by monitoring students’ progress towards achieving overall and specific expectations and
giving descriptive feedback on what aspect they are doing well or what needs improvement and
how to improve it.

2. Which approach to assessment should teachers give the most consideration? Why?

For me, the Assessment for Learning, because teachers use evidence about students'
knowledge, understanding, and skills to inform their teaching. Moreover, it is sometimes referred
to as 'formative assessment,' which is used to clarify student learning and understanding during
the teaching and learning process, and also promotes the view of teaching as a formative
process that evolves due to student feedback and contribution, which helps build a positive
school environment.

3. Why should teachers have a clear understanding of the approaches to assessment?

Teachers should have a clear understanding of the approaches to assessment because

they need to know how to make a successful assessment as a teacher. It will detect all
children's distinct educational needs and inform them about their specific performances and
achievements, allowing teachers to use individualized techniques to meet the needs of all
learners. Furthermore, the teacher must practice these assessments in the classroom to use
them throughout the learning process or use various assessment methods to track their
students' development and learning.
