CHAPTER III

This chapter presents the general structure and procedure on how the materials will be
gathered and on how experiment of this study will be conducted.
Research Design
In this study, an experiment design will utilize specially the Complete
Randomized Design (CRD). There will a preparation of two set-ups namely: Setup A ()
and Setup B (). Three trials will be performing in each set-up, where in each trial used

The Figure above is a flowchart which presents the general procedure of the study. The

first thing the researchers did will to gather the materials and prepare them for the

construction of the exhaust filters. Afterwards, the constructed exhaust filters were

brought in an emission testing center, and in there the experiment will be conducted.

Materials

The researchers, will prior to conduct of the study, collected the following materials. As

the main variable of the experiment,
