For Modular Learners (Learners with no gadgets and connection):

Goal: The learner is expected to make a collage of the topics learned from the different
subjects and relate it to the theme “Rebuilding Myself After the Pandemic.”

TASK A: Specifically ,the learner will be able to use cutouts/ pictures/ clippings to :
a. show how the Quantum Mechanical Model of the atom describes the energies and
positions of the electrons. (Science)
b. illustrate situations that involve the following variations: (a)direct; (b) inverse; (c) joint;
(d) combined using pictures of real life scenarios. (Math)
c. describe musical elements of given classical period pieces. (MAPEH)

d. 1 assemble, prepare, and sew sleeping garments parts. (for dressmaking learners
only)
2. classify appetizers according to ingredients.(for cookery learners only )
3. perform first SPA according to prescribe procedure (Nail Care learners only )
4. Interpret sign, symbols, and data(for Electrical, Installation, and Maintenance
learners only)

TASK B: Make connections between texts to particular social issues, concerns, or

dispositions in real life by writing in one(1) paragraph (below the collage)how learners
relate the design and content of the collage in rebuilding himself /herself after the
pandemic.
Role: artist, researcher ,scientist, musician, cook

Audience: Family members and immediate community

Situation: The Coronavirus-19 pandemic has affected tremendously humanity in many

aspects. Nations, communities, and individuals must be prepared to handle these challenges
to be able to bounce back. Soon enough, response and recovery will – and must – give way to
rebuilding. Hence, a learner has to see important lessons from the COVID-19 and be better
prepared for what comes next by putting it into an artwork - a collage his/her personal
experiences, feelings ,or insights on how he /she copes during the pandemic and rises up
after these trying times.
The learner is tasked to make a collage of the topics/lessons learned from the
different subjects and write a short paragraph relating to the theme “Rebuilding Myself After
the Pandemic.”
Product: The learner creates a collage with a short paragraph on a given topic

Standards: The performance task is to be assessed using a rubric.
