Good morning, ladies and gentlemen.

Thank you for being here today at this memorable-virtual-encounter. My name is Zulfikri Malik
as the chief of EAGER 2020. It is such an honor for me to speak on behalf of the organizer. Let
me begin, by giving you a warm welcome to the EAGER 2020, with the theme “Embracing
Diversity, Tightening Solidarity”.

EAGER or English Academician Gathering is a annual event that is held by himaprodi PBI
Uinsa. And Today, Eager is coming back with the new concept which is different from the
previous Eager. Because of the pandemic, we decided to conduct EAGER 2020 with online
concept. Although this event is held with virtually, we highly try to conduct this event maximaly
as same as EAGER with offline concept.

Ladies and gentlemen

In today’s EAGER, we will learn more about our university especially our major, English
department. And also, This event is expected to foster a sense of mutual relationships between
the students, Learning about diversity and how to elevate solidarity. Hopefully, this event can be
usefull for all of you especially for the participant.

Moreover, I would like to express my appreciation to all of the commitee who has worked and
make this event come true.

Last but not the least, I would like to say Welcome, and thank you very much for attending
this event. I hope all of the participants can follow this event until the end of the agenda.
