Role: Physics Online Tutor & Content Developer

Location: This is a work from home job

Salary: ₹40,000/month

Work Timings: Saturday to Thursday (Friday day Off)

10 AM to 7 PM (GMT, UK Time Zone)

Interview Process: Round 1 - Solving Exam Papers

• Applied Candidates will receive one GCSE (year 11) Physics
past paper (Challenging level) of UK Curriculum. Candidate
need to solve it and send back the scanned papers for
verification.

• Note: We should receive the solved papers within the deadline

mentioned in the email you will receive.

• Successful candidate is meant to have good handwriting (no

cursive), detailed steps, and logical explanation if any.

Round 2 - Telephonic Interview

• Successful candidate is meant to have good communication
skills, phone manners and etiquette.
Training Period: Successful candidate who passes the above two rounds need to undergo
Two-week training period with our team.
• Note: During training period, we do not pay any salary. As our
team is investing time with you in training about the UK
curriculum, the education & culture of people here in the UK.
• Successful candidate is meant to have punctuality, diligent,
moving along with the remote team, good managerial skills, and
finishing the assigned tasks on time.

Qualification We are recruiting candidates from IITs, NITs, and BITS only.
Requirement: • 10th and 12th overall score above 90% (**must)
• Backlogs & CGPA doesn’t matter, as long as you successfully
finish our interview rounds and the training period.

Job Responsibilities: • Online Physics tutoring for ages 8 to 16-year-old students in the
UK.
• Mode of teaching is online, so digital pen tablet is a must. We
will train the candidate on the other requirements.
• Design and develop the electronic teaching material, lecture
notes, homework, monthly assessments to assess the
performance of students.
• The candidate is responsible to teach creatively, adapting to the
needs of a variety of learners and willing to explore new teaching
and learning strategies.
• Develop and review the Physics content for our existing
website.
• Managing & reviewing the other team members work and
efficiency.
• Managing, scheduling and planning various projects which will
propel the company's growth.
• The candidate should be flexible with timings and should adapt to
different work situations.

Note: As this is remote work, Screen share is a must during the work
