YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In this position you will develop cosmetic products in regional innovation proj-
ects, plan and evaluate formulations and make sure they meet the product char-
acteristics as set in the project briefing and participate in scale-up processes. You
will contribute to packaging compatibility tests, product safety tests and to the
analysis of alternative raw materials. This also includes the control of project risks
and time frames, the documentation of product development projects, the main-
tenance of regional market products as well as the handling of inquiries from
other functions. This role requires frequent international travelling.

YOUR SKILLS
• Professional education as a lab assistant (f/m) or engineer (f/m)
and several years of working experience in the field of product Please apply

• Track record in innovation projects
• Solid MS Office skills and fluency in English
• Proactive, open-minded team player with intercultural competence
• Willingness to travel and to relocate
