turning;
Excellent!
A. Lighter than the surrounding
Do you have any other question regarding our previous lesson? sky
B. Wider than the surrounding
-None, Ma’am! sky
C. Darker than the surrounding
It seems that you listened attentively from our last class discussion. If there are sky
no more questions left, let us now proceed to our next lesson for today.
5. Everyone sees their own
C. Motivation rainbow.
Before we finally proceed to our new lesson, we will first have an activity A. Yes
entitled “I Got You!”. This activity will incorporate the Cypher Method. B. No
Cypher means is also used synonymously with ciphertext or cryptogram in C. Maybe
reference to the encrypted form of the message.
II. Indicate the correct parts on
Instruction: how a rainbow formed.
1. In this activity since we will incorporate Cypher Code, the students
will replace the Number into Letters. For example: 1-2-3-4-5 = A-B-C-
D-E
2. In answering, students must shout “I Got You!” to answer the missing
word.
3. Then after guessing the missing word, the student will explain his/her
idea about the word and picture.

OBJECTIVES
Explanation: Leprechauns are the bankers and cobblers of the fairy world.
Leprechauns are known for their money, and there's apparently a lot of it in
the cobbling business.
II. INTERACTION
Class, based on the activity that we’ve done earlier, what do you think is our
topic for today?
-Ma’am, based on the activity, I think our new topic is all about the Rainbow
Formation
Excellent!
Now, what comes first into your mind when you see you a Rainbow?
-Ma’am, there is a gold in the end of the rainbow and it seems that there is a
new beginning after seeing a rainbow in the sky.
Very good!
Instructions:
1. The teacher will present a picture or a statement.
2. To answer, the student will choose if it is Red Light (Refracted Wave)
or Green Light (Reflected Wave)
-Yes, Ma’am!
1.
3.
BONUS QUESTION:
5. It is an Electromagnetic radiation within the portion of the electromagnetic
spectrum that is perceived by the human eye.
Answer: LIGHT
Viewers on the ground can only see the light reflected by raindrops above
the horizon. Because each person's horizon is a little different, no one actually
sees a full rainbow from the ground. In fact, no one sees the same rainbow—
each person has a different antisolar point, each person has a different horizon.
Instructions:
1. All students that has a color of red, yellow, blue, green, violet, orange and
indigo as their accessories or bag will play the activity.
2. The students will divide be divided in the color that they have. Each Group
must have 3 members.
3 Each group will fix their respective puzzles and guessing what is the name
of that in the picture and the students must share briefly explanation.

Answer: Moonbow
Glow
The atmosphere opposite a rainbow, facing the sun, is often glowing. This
glow appears when rain or drizzle is falling between the viewer and the sun.
Higher-Order Rainbows
Light can be reflected from many angles inside the raindrop. A rainbow's
"order" is its reflective number. (Primary rainbows are first-order rainbows,
while secondary rainbows are second-order rainbows.) Higher-order rainbows
appear to viewers facing both toward and away from the sun.
Twinned Rainbow
A twinned rainbow is two distinct rainbows produced from a single endpoint.
Twinned rainbows are the result of light hitting an air mass with different sizes
and shapes of water droplets—usually a raincloud with different sizes and
shapes of raindrops.
Reflected Rainbow
A reflected rainbow appears directly on the surface of a body of water. A
reflected rainbow is created by rays of light reflected by the water surface,
after the rays have have passed through water droplets.
Red Rainbow
A red rainbow, also called a monochrome rainbow, usually appears at sunrise
or sunset. During this time, sunlight travels further in the atmosphere, and
shorter wavelengths (blue and violet) have been scattered. Only the long-
wavelength red colors are visible in this rainbow.
Fogbow
A fogbow is formed in much the same way as a primary rainbow. Light in a
fogbow is refracted and reflected by fog (water droplets suspended in air). A
fogbow seen in the clouds is called a cloudbow.
Moonbow
A moonbow, also called a lunar rainbow, is a rainbow produced by light
reflected by the Moon.
Materials:
Glass
¾ Cup Water
White Paper
Instruction:
1. The students will be group into three.
2. Each student must prepare the glace and a piece of white paper.
3. Explain to the students that they must stand near a window (experiment
should be done on a sunny day). The students should pour the water into glass.
4.The students should next hold the cup up next to the window and place the
white paper underneath it. The sunlight should pass through the glass and bend
to create a rainbow of colors.
5. The students must hold the cup at different angles to see how/if the rainbow
changes.
6. The students must do the experiment for 15 minutes.
QUESTIONS:
1. What do you think will happen when you hold the cup to the sunlight?
2. Does the angle of the cup affect the way the light refracts?
3. Hold the cup at a different angle. Write what you observed.
Do you have any clarifications or questions about our Experiment?
-None, Ma’am.

OBJECTIVES
For our last activity this morning, we will have an Art Activity.
Materials:
A bowl filled with water
Clear nail polish
Rectangles of black construction paper
Paper towels
Instructions:
1. Set all the materials. Place the bowl filled with water.
2. Drip one little drop of nail polish into the bowl of water. Same process to
other color of Nail Polish.
3. Wait for a couple of second and then dipped a piece of black paper into the
water and pulled it out.
4. Follow the same process until the end.

OBJECTIVES
This is the end of our topic; I will call three students to answer the question.
3. What will you say in this song line, “There's a rainbow always after the
rain”?
- Ma’am, I can say that rain is like ourselves. We will always have that
problem in life that we can’t stop by coming but as we keep on looking at the
positive side and make an action that will help us felt the ambiance of peace
and love, we will always see the rainbow that will serve as our grow in
ourselves.
